Cape Codder Resort & Spa

We had an amazing time. Our room was pleasantly large and clean. We had a full kitchen and a balcony. Nice surprise. We loved that we could bring our dog. One bathroom had hot water and the other one was Lukewarm. One toilet was clogged when we showed up. The water park was great. Things opened up throughout the day. They would close parts of the water park and open other parks. You just have to be patient. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay! We’re having some work done at our house and had no running water so we figured might as well try to have some fun and enjoy ourselves. We booked a standard king room for us and a toddler. At check in Victoria was super helpful and friendly. I told her our crazy circumstances and asked if they had any upgrades available. She was able to upgrade us to an unbelievable suite for a small upcharge, but it was definitely worth it! We absolutely loved our entire stay! The water park was a blast, the room and grounds are beautiful, the renovations really look amazing! We needed a few extra things and the front desk and people who came were quick and attentive. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend. Thanks again to Victoria for the excellent friendly service!

Overall, we had a delightful vacation this year! This is our third year in a row for coming with our grandson for Christmas and we had a blast! Knowing the hotel was under new ownership, we expected some growing pains so we went with the flow.
However, none of us can avoid illness, so we totally understood issues of attendance with lifeguards in the water park and those little "inconveniences" merely allowed us time to play at the arcade or grab a bite to eat.
This year, thanks to Dominique, I took advantage of the Mirage Spa and treated myself to fabulous services from Stephanie, not once but TWICE! (TRUTH be told we may become monthly visitors so I can keep up with my visits with Stephanie!)!
Fabulous services aren't just found in the spa, they are in the restaurant too. The staff is super! We got to know so many like Kelly, Rose and of course Arsenia!
This was actually the first year we got to shop in the gift shop, because this year it was open!
This year, the hotel offered and we got to enjoy special fun things such as movie nights, and activities such as face painting, ornament making, a magician, and nightly hot chocolate and s'mores making in the courtyard.
Another plus for this year was that the wave pool was actually working! Last year, the kids could play there, but the slides were not working nor was the wave maker. So this was EXTRA fun. And we also learned from Tyler why our eyes were burning so much this year. Once we stopped wearing make-up into the water park we didn't have any more issues.
Housekeeping services were wonderful, they checked on us every single day to see if we needed anything like towels, coffee, cups etc. they are so kind and caring--very genuine.
On behalf of our family, we also want to truly thank Andrew, Hannah, and Sophia from the front desk for making our stay a most wonderful and happy 10 day vacation for our family.
Last, this hotel is very meaningful for our family, dating back to summer 1997 and we plan to keep coming back at least every Christmas.

I took my two boys here two years ago and swore that I would never come back. As, from the room to the water park were both disgusting and run down.
Recently, I was told by friends that The Cape Codder was under new owners and that I should give them another chance.
I decided to take my two boys again ages (17 & 7) for my 7yo’s birthday this weekend (2/4) and try it out again.
I am SO glad I gave them another chance!! We checked in and Hannah at the front desk was extremely helpful & friendly! I reserved a 2 Queen bed/courtyard room for the night and was told that those rooms were still being worked on (there was construction going on throughout the park but, it wasnt a problem at all.) Hannah upgraded our room, free of charge to an apartment villa!!! My boys and I walked into a beautiful apartment! It had a King bed, balcony, sofa couch, oven, full fridge, microwave, all kitchen utensils, 2 tv’s with surrond sound, fireplace, washer/drier, dish washer, 2 full bathrooms, the master bath had a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower with spa jets. We didnt want to leave the room to go to the water park. Lol
The water park had changed for the better and myself and my boys had a great time and the staff was very attentive.
We got take-out from the Hearth & Kettle for dinner and breakfast and brought it to our amazing hotel room! Dinner and breakfast was delicious and they didn’t miss a beat. They gave us all the condiments (butter, ketchup, tarter sauce, oyster crackers) for all of our items we ordered, which was great! In the morning whwn I bought breakfast to-go, I also bought a large coffee and came back a couple hours later with the same cup and she let me grab a free refill. Super helpful and great experience!! We WILL definately be back!!! Thank you!!!

Really everything was perfect from the room, service, location and price. Amazing value. Courtyard access totally made it so private. Will definitely be back. Thanks everyone. Hello to the handsome man with the tattoos haha. Women at front desk and restaurant were so helpful too thanks ladies!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apt. I highly recommend it! The room is very well appointed with lots of awesome details, full kitchen, and 3 baths with jacuzzi tub and steam shower! The waterpark was understaffed but we made the best of it. We had breakfast at the hearth and enjoyed some things to do around Hyannis. They are currently under construction on some floors and such. Anyway, considering it's around the Xmas holiday, we're pleased with our stay.

We brought our family to the waterpark and had an absolute blast! The staff was super helpful and I cannot recommend too much to include this as a fun day as you visit the Cape! Especially if in the “off season”!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa! All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The rooms were even better than we anticipated. My son, niece, and nephews had a blast at the waterpark. Grandma even took a few rides down the waterslide to join in the fun! The restaurant had amazing food and they were very fast getting the food prepared. Can't wait to visit again! A big thank you to all the Cape Codder Staff for making our 2023 family vacation ONE TO REMEMBER!

We love coming to the Cape Codder for a little family get away any time of year. I visited the Mirage spa for a massage today and Amy was fantastic. I highly recommend seeing her during your visit!

We were a little nervous booking after reading mixed reviews but so happy we decided to book our stay here at the Cape Codder Resort. We have a 12 year old and a 6 year old who were also very happy to spend two nights here. To start off check in was swift and easy and we were pleased to learn about all there was to do as a family from the obvious water attractions to movie nights, 24 hr arcade, and on site restaurant. Staff through out our stay were courteous, kind, attentive, and very helpful! Our room was clean and definitely gave the cape cod vibe. The only thing we felt was missing was a microwave in the room to heat up left overs. Water park was a hit. We loved the kiddie area, just the perfect depth for little ones to play safely and slide down water slides, water was also warm which was one of my favorite parts! Lazy River was fun for the family, we spent most of our time there. We also discovered later in our stay a wave pool that our little mermaid enjoyed. Everything during our stay was clean and I was happy to see life guards at every part of the water park. The only part that I felt wasn’t dirty but clearly outdated and rusting a bit was the changing area/restroom found inside water park. I’d advise to just change and bathe in your room which is what we did and we had no problems. Overall we were pleased with our stay and will be booking another stay in the near future!

That’s my first time at Cape Codder resort. At the start of my stay I had an issue with the waterpark. So I went to the front desk and Sophia C. Solved the issue the best way as possible. I’m satisfied with my stay and glad Sophia could solve the issue fast and the best way as possible. I’ll be back and will tell my friends it’s a great place to stay! Thank you!

My husband and I went to a Christmas work party that was hosted here. The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and the staff were really good about checking on the guests.

My husband and I brought our 3 children here for alittle getaway and had a blast!! Water park ,fire with smores. They had move night for the kids, arcade was awesome!!!It was a fun time for all of us !! Thank you for a great environment to give my kids a good time!

The service was fantastic. The rooms are brand new. The waterpark was beautiful. Me and my kids had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend this place.!!!!!!

We had a great time with 4 children ages 2-11. A great place for families with fun water activities in the resort. We enjoyed the wave pool the most because the little one had his own little water area. You can even sit down with infants. Lots of room to walk, plenty of tables and chairs with umbrellas. Soo relaxing . There is a spa by appointment and a fitness center. It is located conveniently close to beaches and the mall. Beaches require parking fees and some are residents only until 4. Lots to do.

Had a great time at cape Codder resort and spa love my room also Nikki did a great job with her customer service to make sure I had a great experience and I did I’ll be back soon keep up the great work and the food there was delicious and love the indoor pool.

We came to your resort this past weekend for a wedding and had a wonderful time at your facility. The highlight of our stay was Katie from the outdoor restaurant/ bar. She instantly became a wonderful person to sit and chat with!! We love you Kate the great , you made our stay so much fun!! Love your Buffalo friends!

I booked one night recently for my kids' birthdays. This was our first time here and they had a blast. The rooms could be updated and it would be nice if the people that run the arcade could be present during the week not just the weekend. But besides that no complaints. Will definitely be returning again!

Our first room was not ideal, we brought things to the staffs attention and were easily switched to another room. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back. We loved the s'more kits!

Upon check-in we knew we were in the right place because the check in process was very friendly and I must say very nice, the room was excellent as we were attending a wedding and our room had an excellent view of the wedding set-up, we were also pleased that the check-in included all sorts of information. Also, we were pleased with the Hearth and Kettle restaurant. That is why we rated the Cape Codder Resort with FIVE STARS.
