I found the managers at the South Dennis location, Branch Manager - Jennifer Johnston and Cathy Foye and Erin McSheehy, District Director of AAA Northeast, to be some of the most competent customer service people I've ever encountered. They listened to my issue (regarding tickets purchased from their office quite some time ago) and they responded back efficiently with emails and phone calls that updated the situation. If they didn't have the answer immediately, they knew who to be in contact with to help the situation moving. I never heard them complain, say "I don't know", blame anyone else, or sound uninterested, etc. Just...positive...vibes. They got the issue resolved in record time and went above and beyond! Not only did they have personality and good energy but their overall professionalism was refreshing. What a fabulous bunch of organized people. So great. It's been quite some time since I've experienced that with customer service. Thank you. Keep up the fantastic work. You are all MUCH appreciated and your work does not go unnoticed.

I had to register a used car in a very short delay. Because I purchased from an out-of-state dealership, I had no idea whether I had the correct documents, so I dropped by AAA South Dennis. The receptionist at the front immediately referred me to the extremely competent insurance agent, who not only told me which forms I needed and but also generated the RTA form and updated my insurance policy.

I had to renew my license and it was an in-person before my birthday. The RMV office in Yarmouth was booked out. Fortunately AAA offered these services. The appointment, the service and the hew license was issued seamlessly. I would prefer to use this facility in-lieu of it was so GREAT!!!

My experience was phenomenal. I used AAA for a used car loan. The approval was fast (less than an hour) and I received a better rate and better terms than I had expected. They were able to close the next day and the closing was quick and easy. The representative was professional and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Not only that, but I was told my licence was due to expire soon and was able to submit my renewal right there at the branch! My new licence just came in the mail a week later! I would recommend AAA and in particular this branch for any and all of their service. Fantastic job all around. Very satisfied customer. My new license did not have "Veteran" on it as the person at AAA Registry desk told me it would if my old one had it on it. It did, but the new one didn't. Had to apply (at no charge) for a replacement.

I went for RMV services because it was difficult to get an appointment. The women that work there were super helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Over the past few years I have had to replace batteries on my cars. AAA comes to my home and puts in a new battery and takes the old one away. The response to calls is fantastic, even in the winter. The service people are friendly and helpful. Over the years my experiences when traveling have been supportive. The services which include access to maps, travel information, passport photos, and actual planning of trips is worth every cent paid for my membership.

I went to the AAA office in South Dennis today to apply for a Real ID. I was very impressed with how smoothly the process went (I had made an appointment and had all of my necessary documents with me) and how pleasant and efficient the staff was.

Easy to get to. I wasn't sure if it would renew a license which needed an updated photograph & vision test. I walked in. There were only two other customers in the middle of the day!! I was greeted immediately, signed in and I was out in 10-15 minutes!

I could not be more pleased....the AAA office there open despite me arriving a couple minutes prior to closing, took their time while we made sure my daughter could get a passport photo, & never made me feel rushed or unimportant. The management team there should feel lucky to have such great people working there.

I have had very good service at the AAA in South Dennis at the Patriot Square Shopping Center. I went two times this summer to get maps and to get a passport photo taken. Both times, I did not have to wait long and I was greeted in a friendly manner.

What a lovely group of people I just met at AAA. Aside from a Social Security card, license passport and preferably an updated her certificate. I Went into get my real ID and please be aware as a woman especially, if your name has changed you need a document that shows that it matches your license whether it’s a marriage certificate or divorce or name change certificate you need that document with you as well as at least two utility bills or other bills that show your name and address. These need to match your license. Hope this helps :-)

Needing an eye test to renew my MA license, I noticed a huge unhappy queue at the Registry of Motor Vehicles office in South Yarmouth, and fled. Then wondered whether AAA does that for members, and they do. Looked in at South Dennis AAA and got instant friendly service, no waiting at all. A great member benefit!

I have used the South Dennis AAA office in the past for my RMV needs as well as travel information and assistance. The recent experience in late March was speedy with no wait and the staff were helpful and very pleasant. I will continue to use these services in the future.
