Leroy, is a great sales person. He helped me get my car and this car that I got from his dealership has been so great to us. No problems and not only I drive it so has my family and we’ve never had an issue. We’re planning to get a second car from him because I know he will not let us down. I love my car and I recommend anyone looking to get a clean, working car to get it from Auto Locators you will not be dissapointed. Leroy is honest about the price and will not try to get you into a car just for the money. He will help you pick the right car and will not pressure you into a car like the rest of the dealerships.

I wanted to thank Leroy for everything that he did. He gave me a great price for the car that I wanted and assisted me thought the process. My car had a small mechanic issue that I was already aware of and he was there to help me. He answered all my calls, provided me a vehicle top of the line and rides when I needed. I'm so happy I found this place! After having to return two other cars in less than two weeks back to dealerships because the cars turned out to be lemons, my Dad and I headed to yet another dealership after weeks of searching and finding one overpriced vehicle after another. They were supposed to be closing but the guy was nice enough to tell us to come on by. So glad we did!! I didn't like the one I came by to see, but Leroy took his time answering questions on about five different vehicles, never rushing us or making stuff up to force a sale. He even offered us the Carfaxes without being asked! We finally chose a Lincoln MKX and the deal he gave us was phenomenal!! So happy with my new truck and with their customer service! The truck drives great and I walked away excited about the transaction (not feeling used and cheated like some dealerships make you feel). I will definitely do business at Autolocators in the future and will tell everyone I know that they should do the same! Leroy and the team are awesome!!

Wish I could give great feedback from this business, I especially picked it out of many others only because it's owners are Hispanic. Like many others can't I have to be honest and inform others as we try obtaining the same feedback for great service and support all those businesses that truly care about their customers. Auto Locators took our money and didn't give back after that, left my Cadillac with them for over five times the amount of time they said would take them for a couple of small fixtures on our door handles and they got one done only and made minor damage adding to it instead ofaking it better plus put permenent scratches on both front rims. The owner Leroy said he would detail the var, it's been over a month since the purchase and all I have gotten is excuses, don't want to leave my car with them again and now dealing with the plates that not as much as a call to inform me have I received. I am completely disappointed, trying to help my people but I think next time I will seek my people's great business first Auto Locators one of the great one.

BEWARE! My dealings with Auto Locators has turned out to be a living nightmare. I was lied to continuously. Leroy the owner lied about and concealed where the car came from. He misrepresented the condition of the car. He failed to disclose the fact that the mileage was wrong and had been broken for 5 years. He made a false promise about giving me a 6 month warranty in writing. If only I was aware I could go on line and pay $25 and get a vehicle report from AutoCheck. I would have known the facts and I would not have purchased this car. Instead I trusted Leroys word. Car in great condition with only 20959 miles, that he got from a family that he new. Truth is he buys his vehicles from the Auto Auction. I didn't even get to put 100 miles on it before the engine light came on, the tranny started slipping and the motor started over heating. Leroy came with a trailer and got the car. I asked for a refund of my money and it's been over a month. So I went on line and filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. It's their job to protect consumers from consumer fraud like false statements, promises, any deception or misrepresentation by the seller. In addition concealment or failure to disclose facts. If every consumer would take a few minutes to report these frauds, businesses would be held more accountable. Most important I shouldn't have signed anything or gave him any money until I ran the Autocheck. I would NOT recommend buying anything from Auto Locators. If he treats a paralyzed woman like this what's that have to say about his character.
To finalize my review here are the facts. The contract I signed was for a car with 20959 miles on it. According to AutoCheck the odometer quit in 2011. It also shows the car being registered and emission checked every year for 5 years until the Auto Auction branded the title "exceeds mechanical limits" in Jan/2017. He is stating he lived up to his part but there is nothing he can do to justify the mileage being correct. He also can not claim there is a contract when he did not sign it. Under the line where the seller is suppose to sign it says "this order is not valid if not signed and accepted by the seller" So there is not a valid contract. I am not being unreasonable to want my money refunded for a vehicle that was falsely advertised in the first place

REUBEN IS A LIAR- He WASTED my time-I was looking for a specific vehicle. I called and we spoke about it he said it was still available . My husband and I went to go check it out and test drive and IT WASN'T THERE. REUBEN IS A LIAR dont waste your time. If they lie about having a vehicle just think about what other things they will lie about.

This place is a rip off I left my car there with my buddy Matt that worked there or I thought he was my buddy the owner ended up stealing my car it was a 2007 BMW 535i the owner told me the police came and took it which was a lie I went there to confront them about it and the guy Matt that works there attacked me with a hammer still have not received my car or got it back I do not recommend this place to anyone beware of their crookedness they lie and don't tell you the truth like I said my car I had just bought it a couple months before Leroy stoled it and they stoled my car from me and unless the police find it there's no way I'll get it back who knows if they used it for parts or whatever for one of their cars on their Lots but I never received my car back or anything I'm trying to go to court with them right now to try to get it worked out but good luck with that for your sake and your family sake or anyone you know please don't go to this place they don't do good business the more people that this is spread to the better off you and anyone else who has been taken advantage of by these people and hopefully we can get rid of people like this in our community it's people like this guy Leroy that make it so you don't trust people or have any confidence that they'll do things the right way especially after reading these reviews of other people that have been ripped off by this guy everyone should beware of this car lot

Sorry excuse of a dealership don't waste your time. The dumb sales rep has no idea what he is doing I went for the red magnum but tried to sell me junk go to auto nation way better and professional
