I love this store. They have a good selection of hardware store things as well as unique family games, toys, pool stuff, etc. And the people are always friendly and helpful.

This is the best “ hardware “ store I have ever come across. It’s a lot more than that but I have to call it something! I have purchased everything from birthday gifts to poop bags and everything in between. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and extraordinary in terms of helping the customer get what they need. I was looking for a do-dad they didn’t have and they located it for me at a big box mess. THAT made me appreciate OHG all the more. Thank you for being the best!

My kind of hardware store! Being in the business for over 50 years, my expertise recognizes excellence in OHG. People are knowledgeable, interested in my needs, and friendly. Prices are in line with norms and they have a good selection. Very much worth the trip!

OHG's paint manager made an excellent, knowledgable recommendation for a tricky outdoor metal bulkhead project. Cheaper, ill-advised paint would have been awful. Instead, I have a beautiful and durable painted structure (blending in with the siding perfectly) that still looks fresh after 3 years in New England weather! Knowledge + superior products = time and money well spent. Bravo OHG!

My favorite hardware store (and then some)! Megan, James and the rest of the crew are the best! I am always greeted with friendly, smiling faces that are more than willing to help with any of my needs, from key copies, to paint, to outdoor rugs, to their funny kids masks! Make sure you stop in and check them out next time you are in the village, and their new place right next door Osterville Mercantile.

A small hardware store makes up for the limited selection in the nicest way: super-courteous and attentive staff. You will think you stepped back in time to an era when people up and down a company's structure cared.

Visited the store during holiday stroll. I needed a suction cup to lift a stuck bathroom drain. The person who helped me brought me directly to the correct section of the store. He understood the problem and thought my idea would work. It did!! Thank you. Christine

Surprisingly great stock for a neighborhood place, the staff are always helpful (I always call in with questions about what’s in stock).
