Laura Davis is a gem and has been so incredibly responsive and helpful with a return/exchange I had to make from Georgia. It is so refreshing and makes me not want to shop anywhere else!

The service here is impeccable, Frank has always gone above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I'm looking for. As someone who doesn't fit the typical look for someone who buys higher end clothing it's nice to walk into a store and feel welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free shopping experience and quality clothes that will last.

The quality of clothing is very good, the staff incredibly helpful, and the prices match. I don't think they are overally high for a high end store but that's what it is, a high end store. They have classic Cape Cod apparel. I would highly recommend coming here if you have the money for it.

I work for a hospitality group on Cape. I had a dilemma where I needed last minute uniforms for our wait staff. Michael from Puritans jumped in to assist me. He went above and beyond searching for the items, bagging them and even bringing them to my car. I highly recommend Puritan. They will take the best care of you. I purchased a pair of Sperry Topsiders at the Puritan store on Main Street in Hyannis, just 2 days before leaving the Cape to relocate to Tennessee. The shoes were terrific, and the shopping experience just great. I noticed after wearing them for a few hours that there was some problem with the insole becoming slightly detached. Frankly, it was a small enough issue that I could have imagined fixing it myself but checked back at the store for guidance on how to deal with Sperry customer service after my departure.

Long story short: Megan, from a different store (Chatham) drove a new pair to my rental on a Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend to swap the shoes. 30 minutes one way for her at the end of a long day.

Puritan does a great job on the Cape. Eleventy-two stars from me. Thanks to all there.

I have been going here for my suit and clothing needs since I was 10. For everyday options or your wedding, Puritan is highly recommended. Ask for Kerry as well, you will not be disappointed.
