Boot Barn

I love the ladies who work here as they are super helpful in assisting customers in picking out clothes and boots. They have a beautiful selection of women's clothing including fancy western jeans (Miss me!), belts and Western purses. I love finding the Idylwind soft T-shirts by Miranda Lambert. They're more expensive than other brands at $39 for an all-cotton T-shirt but believe me when I say they wash up nice and are silky soft. You'll get lots of wet out of them. Miranda Lambert's Idylwind boots are fancy and an amazing work of art. Guys can find a big selection of jeans, belts, hats and work wear (working comfort boots for women too!). My husband loves this store as much as I do. Pull your wallet out and be prepared to spoil yourself with top quality goods. You won't get much on sale but they do give a Veteran's discount of ten percent.

I needed a pair of boots stretched and Shelly took very good care of me. She is very nice and knowledgeable. They got my vote. I will be back

Great experience here! Employees were having fun and laughing while they worked which made me feel relaxed to shop. No hanging around me, no pressure, but were still available and ready when I/we needed help or had questions. Super duper store and employees!

Was passing through town and stopped here looking for a specific boot. I have not been able to find it anywhere and this place was no exception. But immediately the manager offered to ordered for us. Since we were going to be on the road for an indefinite amount of time I declined the offer but greatly appreciated her efforts. We then began talking about other products and I found the manager to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. If I lived in the area this would no doubt be my "go to" store for my boots and related clothing. The store was very clean and well-stocked, the workerd were very efficient and helpful. The management exceeded all expectations. She exemplified the epitome of customer service.

My Husband needs new work boots. He is very particular and wants what he wants. He found a pair that he was interested in, however, they did not have his size. The lady that was helping us (can't remember her name) on Easter Sunday was super friendly and helpful. She offered to order them for him and when that wasn't an option (they were needed by Monday) she suggested taking a picture of the tag and calling other Boot Barns that would be on his way of travel to his next job site to see if they were in stock there. All in all, our experience at this particular Boot Barn was good. We were greeted when we walked in. Given a few minutes to look around, then approached to see if we needed help (at the time we did not). And when we did need the help, it was readily there.

150% satisfied! All the ladies here took good care of us. Helping to search stock for just what we needed & wanted. I'd thank each if you by name, but I don't want to get even 1 letter wrong in Any of your names. You were all great!

Needed a pair of boots for hiking and working. Found the right pair with the help of the friendly staff. The most comfortable boots I've ever worn. Pricey but you get what you pay for and here it's quality from boots to the clothing.

Awesome store manager and staff there. Had a customer service issue via phone with one employee there and the store manager found out about it and met me personally when I came in to buy a new pair of work boots to apologize and tell me she will correct the issue. Very happy with the staff that helped me when I came in and the store manager for sending me pictures of the boots in stock to make sure they had the right pair. Also the staff who helped me when I came in. Thank you!

What can you say, it's Boot Barn and the ladies who work in there or very nice. I took a hat in there to be cleaned and the lady spent two days working on it to get a rust stain out of it and now the crown looks good again, have a good day

The store is always near and clean and the s'mores friendly and helpful. The smell of leather is always the best!!

Took my dad's hat in to be cleaned he passed away and they were absolutely respectful and very kind!! Couldn't get the hay cleaned but the lady did her best!!
