Honest pricing, clear communication, and an easy and organized paperwork process. We ordered a 2024 Maverick and Cody B. took care of us along the entire process. Highly recommend these folks if you are looking for your next purchase - new or used. We are excited about the truck, but even happier with the buying process and will definitely recommend to our friends!

Tim Hendershot was awesome and my purchase experience was excellent. He was easy to talk with as if I had known him for years. Tim answered all my questions respectfully and was open to conversation about it as opposed to all the other salesmen I spoke with at other dealers who were dismissive and acting as if I was wasting their time.

Great experience at Jack Kain. Had my sons 2010 Mustang worked on and repairs was done quickly and correctly. Staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I had a pretty great experience with them. I went in and worked with Nik and the rest of the team along the process. I was able to get the car I wanted for a better deal than the one I already had from a different place. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with. Reached out via an online ad about purchasing a truck. They responded near instantaneously and were very informative. The entire team is very knowledgeable, communicable, and easy to work with. By far the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle... And that includes me flying in from out of state to purchase it. I stopped by to see if someone could advise me about my oil light being on. I already had an appointment for an oil change the next day in Danville. The last time I put oil in, I over filled it. So I was hesitant to do it again. The gentleman at this dealership took excellent care of everything! They checked it and decided that I did need some oil. They added it and checked it, they were so nice. And! They didn't charge me. Amazing experience! I am so grateful for their gracious assistance.

My husband and I went into Jack Kain without having previously spoken to a representative there, looking for a specific car we had found online. Everyone there was very kind and helpful, especially Everett. He was very friendly and welcoming, and super helpful. We wanted to get the car, which was used, inspected by a third party before we purchased, and had difficulty finding a place that was available. He was very patient and even starting making calls to friends trying to get us into an auto shop that afternoon. It was our first time taking out a loan on anything, and he made it a very easy experience. In addition, Jack Kain had very nice, comfortable facilities, the paperwork process was relatively quick and easy (we did come in with prequalification papers), and we are just thrilled with the car that we purchased there, which went way above and beyond what we were expecting to find within our budget. Would absolutely recommend Jack Kain to a friend, and whenever we are looking to purchase another vehicle in the future, we will be returning.

Tim is the BEST!!! I went to multiple dealerships in the area to look for a car and Tim was the only sales guy that gave me the time of day and didn’t treat me like some silly girl. He even let me test drive the car more than just a couple lights.

After a hour and a half ride, I just sold a car to Graham at Kain Ford in Lexington Kentucky. The selling process was extremely easy and smooth. He was very professional, and he stuck his word and made me feel welcome in the store. I tried selling my vehicle previously to two other dealerships, and they constantly tried to beat me down to get my vehicle as cheap as they could. I know the value of my vehicle, and I feel like they came for, gave me the most for my vehicle. If I am ever in the market to look for another vehicle, I would greatly consider came forward.

THE place to buy a car. Bar none. We worked with Cody who was straight forward and respectful of our time and space which we greatly appreciated during the transaction. The used car we bought was fitted with new brakes, tires, their bagillion point inspection, and cleaned to the nines. We also got top dollar for a trade-in compared to offers from other dealerships. Recently purchased a vehicle from Jack Kain Ford. We drove up from TN to buy this vehicle. Tim Hendershot was our salesman and made this entire process so easy, not pushy in any way, and accommodated all of my questions and requests beforehand. He was knowledgable about the features in the 2024 Ford Explorer I purchased, was very pleasant to work with, and never hesitated to either answer my questions or find out the answers for me. Great dealership! Was able to purchase my custom order MY23 Ford Maverick with no extra ADM or packages I didn't want. Communicated with me throughout the long wait for build. Financing was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend over other local Ford dealers. Instead of going to Frankfort or Lexington take the extra 15 minute ride out of town to this dealership.
