AT&T Store

David did an exceptional job with moving us from tmoblie to att. It took maybe 10 minutes. Our bill was lowered and we still have the better services and coverage no dead zones where we live.

The lady who helped us with getting new phones and getting the set up was very professional and knowledgeable. She had a great personality and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. She was alone in the store and I watched her multi task and as many as 4 people at one time. To include me who had to have two new phones set and programmed. Her name was Lauren. She was excellent and I hope she is my rep when I go back to the store next time.

Madison was absolutely awesome! I had to go in 2 days in a row due to my own circumstances but both days she was working by herself. She kept a great, helpful, welcoming attitude with a busy store both days. She took care of everyone in the store in a timely manner. She deserves recognition! Way to go Madison!

They answered all of my questions politely and resolved my issue without hesitation. Service was quick and prompt.

Crystal is wonderful! My husband and I switched from Verizon to ATT and when we received our phones decided to get help to activate our phones. We went to another store and had a terrible experience and 2 hours later had to leave with no service. Took our phones to the ATT in Versailles the next day and Crystal took care of our issues in just a few minutes, she is more than helpful. She took a bad experience and turned it into a nice one.

My father got a new phone and needed some assistance activating it and transferring his contacts. He first went to the Frankfor and Lawrenceburg store where the employees told him they couldn't help and treated him like a nuisance. Him and I visited the Versailles store on Monday and worked with Kate and we could not be happier. She was eager to assist and took care of everything in a matter of 15 minutes or less. She was patient and attentive. We will only visit this store from now on.

Issac Courtney is the embodiment of at&t. When I think of at&t I think of Issac. He has always taken care of me, always been friendly, and is a terrific ambassador of the company. He helped me upgrade to a new iPhone and he spent what must of been a hour answering all my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He helped me get the best phone for me and my lifestyle. He truly puts the customer first. And this isn’t a one time experience he has always been like that. I go in to pay a bill, he has a smile, I go in to buy a phone case he remembers me and asks how I’ve been. I couldn’t think of anyone better to represent a company other than Issac, thank you for making me feel like a part of the at&t family

She ( Amber Ellis ) was very knowledgeable, understanding and most of all very friendly. She took her time to answer questions and setting up my new IPhone. This is a amazing person who go out of her way to help me. I’m so glad to have met her .

I went in today an hour before they closed in a panic needing to replace my phone. Unfortunately I can not remember the name of the young lady who helped me (started with an m) because of the hurry I was in but she could not have been anymore helpful and quick to help me with my new phone. I always come to this store because of the help I get and can not praise the young lady who helped me today anymore. She deserves all the pats on the back!!!

After purchasing a phone from Sam's, & visiting 2 stores, I was unable to get to my acct. Fred at the Versailles store saved the day. He corrected & updated records. I was so happy/pleased with his service..

Alex was so incredibly helpful today! We upgraded my moms phone, transferred all iCloud data seemlessly, corrected a voicemail box issue, & upgrades to an unlimited plan which ended up saving us a lot. Would highly recommend this store to all AT&T customers!

Love this store and the service they provide!!! I have been a Sprint customer for 15 years I was tired of terrible service and high bills so I stopped in here the customer service is amazing and the representative helped make the switch from Sprint so easy and they saved me over $240.00 a month!! I have much better service now and customer service reps that actually want to help me solve any problems. Thank you Pete and Issac y’all ROCK!!!

Very nice, clean store. Great representatives. I didn't feel "sold" to here and they found the best value for me, which was great. Saved some money and got better service. Will go back.

Outstanding customer service never have I received such welcoming aura from employees of phone services. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to transfer to a new carrier.

I am impressed with the level of attention and service at the Versailles, Ky store. We switched our cell service from Verizon, and tacked on wireless home internet service. Besides now getting true unlimited data, and getting a better deal on our DirecTV, we also have 10X better home internet speeds over Windstream (10X is not a typo), as well as saving money each month. Kudos to Kayla, who demonstrated exceptional patience, resilience and follow up. Ask for her when you visit.
