In the last month they have hired a few new employees and the service has become outstanding. There really friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have. Quick shout out to one of the managers Tabby she's always so friendly and nice, an incredible team leader. She always makes coustomers feel welcome

I really love this McDonald's. They are pretty efficient!

We are gluten intolerant and this McDonald's we can eat the fries without getting sick. They also accommodate all of our specialized requests with no bun or alternative toppings.

When we need a quick meal, this is our go to safe place to eat as we rarely get sick eating here from glutening.

Thank you to the young lady who took excellent care of me...I got a fish sand thru the dribethry supposed to have extra onions and tartar not either ands was cold ...brought it inside and she was so sweet about it recommended highly

Both Mctribe locations I've been to have set the bar for service, speed, and food quality. It genuinely seems like people don't hate to be there and it makes the difference.

I’m leaving this review because there was a frail older man ordering after me in store and the staff were just so helpful and accommodating to him. He was standing there waiting for his food but a woman told him to go sit and she’d bring it over. Just so nice to see that even though they were absolutely slammed at the time.

I had to stop here on Friday 12/9 to grab something quick to eat, I had some test ran and hadn’t eaten since the night before. I used the app to order and the lady at the drive thru was so kind and helpful. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, at 12:20 pm. When I got home, my food was piping hot and fresh. The prices are different than in Lexington, but that is to be expected.

Every thing was fresh, the employees was friendly, they were very prompt. It was clean..
I will stop again next time I go through for sure...

I found this location to be very clean and the atmosphere nice. All of the employees were super nice! The service was excellent as well. I felt very safe at this location and of course, the prices were as expected.

Our family visited this McDonald's location on the 4th of July 2022. We were waited on by the manager. The kindness shown to our family was above and beyond. We had ordered a sweet tea and we stopped in the parking lot to eat our food. The manager realized that she had given us an unsweet tea. So she took the time out of her day to walk a sweet tea to our vehicle and apologized. This is an excellent example of great customer service. Our experience was nothing less than the best at this location! By the way we travled from out of town to this location! The Best experience ever!

This is without a doubt the BEST McDonalds I have ever been to. A party of nearly 20 of us tried to drunkenly walk through the drive through after a wedding in town and instead of turning us away they brought us inside the closed McDonald’s to make sure everyone was able to order. Huge shout out to Logan, Trinity, Kyle, and Melissa who were working that night. We think about you every day.

There was a little wait but other than that it was splended

Received very hot and fresh chicken nuggets through the drive thru. Can be hit or miss at this location with service speed and friendliness. This time was exceptional. Would recommend and will visit again... inside they do also offer the kiosk to order and checkout yourself should you prefer as well as mobile app ordering with delivery to your car.

Stopped here on Saturday, July 6, 2019. The store was in its last day before closing for a major remodel. They were severely understaffed, but they were still vigilant and focused on the customers.
I congratulate this crew of 5 for having the integrity to be persistent in continuing to do their jobs to the best of their ability. That’s hard to find these days.

For an older McDonald's with a very tiny drive-thru, they do pretty good. The line is always super, super long but it moves very fast. The staff are always very friendly and they've never gotten my order wrong. No complaints here.

I went through the drive thru and due to the long line and wait they offered us hot coffee on the house. Nice to see such friendly folks. It was unexpected and I appreciate the thoughtful gesture. A plus 100 to this crew.

Great service and great people

There's only one McDonald's in Versailles so no matter when you go there's going to be a line. However the line moves quickly and my order is correct. The staff is friendly and I don't have to wait too long.

They always serve us fast, and they always get our order right. If partial stars were possible, I would give 4.5 stars because of their weird parking lot situation. There's a one way road that shouldn't be, and then you have to go waaaaaaaay out behind to get back to US60.

Only McDonald's I'll stop at. Food is always hot, fresh....fast service, nice employees.
