The Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar

Some of the best dishes I’ve tried in a long time. The steak was cooked to perfection. The salmon and oysters were also delicious. The haddock & lobster was my favorite however.

We had two plates of oysters that were perfectly prepared as an appetizer.

The ravioli and clam pastas were amazing main courses. Service was quick and informative.

Tried the naked oysters and the Oishi oysters…AMAZING. We got the scallops and the chicken special and everything was so tasty! Definitely will be going back!

This is our third visit to this Hyannis restaurant and this was probably the best. This place is really unique and the food they serve reminds me of my native SouthWest France for its quality, savor and presentation. The waiter was very attentional to details and did a great job explaining what each meal included. We followed his recommendations for the night special and the scallops and haddock were spectacular. We also managed to also meet the owner, Florence, who is from a small town next to mine in France and she was very charming. We had a wonderful dinner in a very nice restaurant and we will be back very soon.

Seafood was fresh and delicious. I ordered their signature haddock and lobster, which had great presentation and taste. The burrata had its own kick that you have to try to know. Ceiling decor was super cool too.

- Raw oysters on the half shell were excellent. They were a little small compared to some I have seen though
- Grilled Thai shrimp appetizer was tasty (4 jumbo shrimp)
- They have "specials" that are not always on their menu, including a lobster roll which was excellent
- Prices were a little high, but the food and atmosphere justify it (I would expect about 30+ per person)
- We got seating on a Friday night without reservation immediately in the middle in August, which was nice. The restaurant was still full though
- The waitresses were very nice and attentive

We spent a week on the Cape and this was the absolute best restaurant of any place we ate. Their oysters were phenomenal. They had different appetizer, dinner, and drink specials each night that never failed to impress. BBQ Bleu oysters were so good, I wish I could’ve packed a couple dozen to take home!!! Great service- highly recommend.

Amazing. Incredibly friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable staff. The food was so fresh and well-prepared. The beef carpaccio and oysters dressed with soy, wasabi, and ginger were killer. Also, an amazing lobster orzo dish that was perfectly cooked. Got a table right away without reservations on a Saturday night and had a fantastic time.

Loved this place. The oishi oysters and the rockafeller were the best!

We had a wonderful experience sitting at the bar, watching the raw bar and bartender work while enjoying the beautifully curated menu. The cocktails were well-balanced, the appetizers showcased the fall flavors, and the oysters were some of the best I've ever eaten. The entrées were a tasty treat as well, especially the sirloin! It was better than I've had at high-end steakhouses!

Amazingggg place for oysters probably my favorite on the cape. Staff and family owners are so fun to talk to and nice. Food was amazing. My favorite was the raw oysters. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Food was amazing. We had oysters, bluefish pate, duck confit, and lobster orzo. The duck was my favorite, would definitely recommend. The drinks are super strong but I’m sure a lot of people prefer that! Service was great as well.

Delicious and fresh! Well worth it. Had a great date night, left full and happy.

What a delightful restaurant! Great oysters from their own farm. Locally caught yellowtail tuna sashimi was yummy. Good wine selection too

The food is always exquisite. It was a busy night but we enjoyed the pace. Oyster shooters, grilled BBC oysters and various entres...all delicious

Food there was spectacular, from the hors d'oeuvres, drinks, main course to dessert, just outstanding!!!

Amazing night tonight at Naked Oyster.
We ordered local fresh oysters with caviar and plain plus a colossal shrimp cocktail, the house salad, followed by sea bass special and salmon with a Tzatziki sauce and cooked perfectly.
We decided to order the top three desserts- crème brulée, chocolate mousse and the cheesecake dessert were amazing!

Colleen was an incredible bartender-waitress for us at the bar!!
My Mom passed away back in 1988, and her name was Florence.
When I heard that the chef name is "Florence" I felt as if it was my Mom cooking for us, because my Mom was an incredible chef too!
Loved every aspect of the meal, and hope to come back and meet the chef, Florence!

Delicious oysters! Other great items we tried are lobster bisque, pan seared scallops, oven baked swordfish cheek, and rum-based drinks. We came here the first night and love it so much we had to get back the next day.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the food.
I had the scallop entree and my husband had the steak. Both entrees were outstanding!

We tried the Russian Roulette​ Oysters (they make one of them spicy and you don't know which one!) It also comes with a vodka shot. Very tasty and fun! Oysters offered all sorts of ways here.
