Just wanted to compliment you, Jeff Craddock, Bike Builder and Repair Guy extraordinaire Doug and all your obviously dedicated, as well as passionate and helpful employees on your truly top local cyclery, sea and outdoor sports store!
I have been shopping around for a good bike repair shop and had already stopped in at a few from Hyannis to Harwich to Plymouth, but just wasn't convinced in any or all ways. As soon as I walked into your store, I was impressed with first, a sticker on the front window that called my attention to an award for excellence, which I had not at all seen in other competitors’ stores, I also immediately noticed how clean, stocked and organized you are, a genuine willingness to try to help me, especially with a special order and simply finally, simply feeling good that I made the right choice entrusting your shop to do a good job. Actually, because I've worked in and am personally experienced in bilingual customer service, that's all mighty huge!
Following these extremely positive first impressions, I was really looking forward to picking up my new and improved second-hand trike! Because of all the aforementioned, I was already expecting to be more than pleased with a high quality job, and I must now say, that I really was! I now belong to the ranks of Sea Sports highly satisfied repeat customers….and can honestly say that I do look forward to an ongoing positive relationship in my newest preferred sport shop!

I went in looking for a bike to ride on pavement and the cape cod rail trail. I have only been riding a mountain bike for most of my life, and had been riding it on the rail trail quite a bit. I thought I wanted a hybrid so I purchased one from them, but quickly realized it wasn’t that different from my mountain bike.
They were kind enough to work with me on a trade up to a road bike. Chase took the time to help me make a better decision and after a few test runs I went with a road bike not a gravel bike. When I went in to pick up the bike I was properly fitted for the bike and got some great tips on how to use it and my new clip in pedals from Jeff. He took time even on a busy Saturday morning in season to make sure I knew some very important tips. I would highly recommend Sea sports to anyone looking for first class friendly service from a staff that truly cares about your experience!! 5 Stars!!!

Great bike shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are taking the time with me to help me replace my bike that was damaged beyond repair.

My son started mountain biking which has led to us frequenting Sea Sports on a regular basis. Everyone in the shop is so knowledgable and helpful and we have received excellent service every time we have been in there. We are so grateful to Jeff and the rest of the Sea Sports team for their dedication to providing the best service and advice and for being such a huge force behind getting kids interested in biking on Cape Cod. We’re so lucky to live near such a great shop.

At Sea Sports asking a question or making a purchase is always a relaxed and comfortable experience. I went in looking for a mountain bike.... Chase took the time to help me find what I was looking for, answer all my questions ( and there were plenty! ) and share his knowledge with me. Jeff and his entire staff are fantastic to deal with!

Employees are very kind and know a lot about bikes. I had a flat tire on my BMC and they fixed it right away.I appreciate them, they work hard.

After years of driving by these folks I've had occasion to do business with them 3 times this summer - twice for service, once for the purchase of a kids bike. After all 3 interactions I have to say that I would recommend them to anyone. Professional, friendly, and knowledgable come to mind. I've been impressed each time. Selection is broad, not deep. Great for forgotten items or something last minute. If you're looking for something specific, call ahead. Question about local biking or water - ask it!

Rode in PMC for the 1st time 2021 all 185 miles. Best repair service I ever received. There were bike breakdowns along both legs and my bike did not fail me and I was so grateful. Tremendous people and wonderful shop/inventory, can't say enough good things about it. Highly responsive and great at communicating.

Bought a new Specalized, just wasn't right for me, brought it back and they treated me like I was their Best Customer. They built a new Bike and had it for me in the afternoon, they didn't want me to miss my morning ride. Great service, knowledgeable, extremely into what they do and understanding of their business. Customer for life.

I checked out one of their competitors earlier in the year and was very disappointed.

This shop, however, was much different. Very friendly, helpful, took the time to help me understand what I needed and why, showed me how to use it, treated me like a great customer. I will definitely go back to them with future bicycle needs. Thanks.

I came to the Cape 5 years ago not knowing where or who to ride with. The first bike shop i drove by was Sea Sports. I stopped in and asked if they could help me. Within two hours I was at Trail of Tears being introduced to many future long term friend's. The rest is history!!! I am now a proud ambassador for the Sea Sports Team.

I've bought both mountain and road bikes through Jeff and the staff at Sea Sportd and have had nothing but excellent service and support. Recently I've started to get more involved in swimming and Sea Sports has help me get geared up for swimming in both the ocean and the pool. Check them out for good selection and great people!

I stopped in for a quick adjustment and was back on the bike trail in no time.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great range of bikes, from kids' push bikes to top-end race bikes, road bikes, mt bikes, fat bikes, comfort bikes. Nice paddleboards and kayaks too. I've bought bikes and kayaks from Sea Sports and they've always been great. And the new shop on Rt. 132 is super nice.

Excellent staff. Very helpful. Answered all my questions from the delivery progress of my bike to the proper nutrition when riding. I will buy all my bikes from Sea Sports from now on.
