We've been going to Sea Beach Inn for over 30 years and it's like going to visit family or good friends. It's quaint, peaceful and lovely. Breakfast (continental) is something we look forward to every morning. Neil, the in keeper, is the most friendliest person you can ever cross paths with and keeps you informed of all that's happening in Hyannis. It's a real Cape Cod experience. You'll just keep wanting to go back. Prices are excellent too!

This is a hidden gem in Hyannis. Lovely little B&B run by Neil who is a funny and Jolly good fella. Place is 2 minutes walk from beach. We stayed in efficiency. Place was clean, spacious and wonderful. We will definitely comeback.

Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere! First choice for years and favorite place to relax and get some needed downtime but close to whatever entertainment you may desire. Owner(Neil) is a charming gentleman and very accommodating.

I was Neil’s neighbor & friend. I sold my house and left the cape. When I heard he passed, I made it a point to stop by and see how the NEW OWNERS were doing. OMG, Neil must be turning in his grave. The place is in shambles. It was July 2022 and it was not even open. The place was up and running for 30 years or so. I can’t imagine why they didn’t leave it and make some money. I read terrible reviews here. I wanted people to know that is NOT The Sea Beach Inn. It’s an old house that was torn up and the strip rooms were ripped up. They need to sell it to someone that can help this poor place.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! New Owner... Terrible change compared to the original owner... Owner and affiliates got physical with occupant....RUN. STAY AWAY if you love your peace and sanity

Worst place I've ever stayed they don't fix anything water gets shut off for 2 or 3 days at a time one gentleman in a room told me that his toilet or plumbing with plugged up and he couldn't get it repaired for 2 or 3 days the main house has no heat in it half the time or hot water
