Safeway Pharmacy

I can't say enough about how wonderful Haley and Ashley and the rest of the staff are. My husband and I have been coming here for over a year and they have taken the time helping us find otc meds as well as taking care of all our prescriptions. This pharmacy has a large clientele and a huge amount of work but will go the extra mile...I am thankful to have found them.

My insurance company messed up my current coverage after a job change.
The pharmacist , Les, went out of his way and helped me out of the jam by providing my crucial medication- and he even configured an outstanding discount! Thank you so very much

I have a love/hatre relationship with this place. It's close, convenient.... However I hate waiting in a long line. Birth control should be easy and convenient to pick up. It's automatically renewed each month and somehow magically not ready. It's in a box. Doesn't need to be counted! I wish they didn't allow price haggling in the pickup line.

Slow and not very organized

Serious issues with pharmacy staff and getting prescription filled on time. They give my wife trouble every time she goes in there !

Absolutely the worst customer service you could imagine at a pharmacy. I dread having to refill and pick up my prescription here. The workers all make you feel like you're incompetent and wasting their time. I wish I could go to a different pharmacy but alas I am stuck here for the next few months. If at all possible, go across the street to Smiths. Their customer service is great.

They NEVER answer there phone and you wait along time in line. The women that works the counter is rude and very very slow.

Worse Pharmacy ever! These people have hung up on me FOUR TIMES after placing me on hold (rudely) and when I called a FIFTH time, I got a message that they cant take calls and to leave a message. I understand that people get busy, but this level of discourtesy is off the chart.

This pharmacy has horrible customer service! Every time I go there they are so rude for no reason at all. It’s ridiculous how rude the workers are! This place really deserves no stars but I guess I have to give at least one to write a review.

The pharmacist (Haley)is horrible and will never return to Fort Mohave store, transferred to Bullhead City store and the staff here is amazing.
