Hyannis Travel Inn

We could not have chosen a better place! This was our 1st time visiting Cape Cod and Liam & Cliff were fantastic. They were patient and more than courteous with helping us see the area, giving us explicit directions to the exact locations. The whole staff was always friendly and polite and always accommodating to our needs. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Hopefully we will get back that way in the near future and without hesitation, this is the perfect place to stay!

Great staff, great rooms, and great location. I haven't been in a hotel this great in a very long time!

My only complaint was the room I was in was extremely stuffy, almost like the heat was on full blast. I ended up needing to put the air on. I wish there was a little more variety with breakfast, but I can't really complain since it's complimentary.

Did not stay here but enjoyed great hospitality when staff at the Inn kindly accepted our left luggage and offered superb advice on things to do around the place. This is in absolute contrast to our bad experience at Comfort Inn (just 10mins down the road) where we got turned away with our luggages, right upon check out. Well, I guess great service can’t go wrong, and I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel (if only we had known earlier)! Best travel experiences are made by people like whom we met at Hyannis Travel Inn - thanks for coming to our rescue!

Our stay here was great. Very friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were clean. We left the "do not disturb" sign on our door while we were out. When we returned, there was a bag on the door handle with extra towels, toilet paper and tissues. We thought that was nice of them to do. The continental breakfast had a good amount of choices.....Cereal, muffins, bread, bagels, yogurt. The coffee was excellent. The location was also great. It was about a 12 minute walk to the ferries. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

We were walk-in guests, staff was very friendly, responsive to our questions, and overall great value for money. They took care of us from start to finish. Breakfast is included in the price, and they have swimming pools and a jacuzzi for hotel guests.

Though we were not staying with Hyannis Travel Inn, they treated us with such kindness and sincerity that they deserve a standing ovation, and of course, a five-star review. We dragged our luggage to them to seek help as our original accom (Comfort Inn) rejected our request for luggage storage after checking out in the morning, which is pretty ridiculous as they have a big property. Hyannis Travel Inn totally empathised with our situation and took in our luggage with no questions asked and they even gave us recommendations for what to eat and do in the area before our ferry ride in the late afternoon. They even offered to help us move up our ferry ride to earlier part of the afternoon if we wanted. Because of their help, we could explore Cape Cod with ease and fully appreciate the island. Our experience at Cape Cod became perfect in the matter of seconds because of the kind folks at Hyannis Travel Inn. You can imagine how grateful we are for their help. For a great stay, go to them! I have every confidence that they will make every stay with them a great one.

My daughter and I recently stayed here while attending the hydrangea festival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is ideal. Most importantly, the attention we received from the staff was excellent. They were very attentive to our needs, and always helpful in providing directions etc. They treated us as if we were family. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located close to all restaurants and shops. The rooms have been renovated. Only the new photos show how they really look now. Everything is clean. All the staff is very, very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. We'll definitely come back.

We stay herein for a long time. It's a nice place to stay and we love it herein. Mainstreet is near by and you can even walk to kfc, Subway, taco Bell and some more Shops.

Been staying here for years. This was always my family’s go to spot when staying in Hyannis. As an adult I’ve continued to go. You will never meet a grumpy front desk worker here. They are all so kind and helpful. The location is the best especially for the value of the hotel. You’re right in the center of Hyannis, just a parking lot away from everything. Staff and location are what keep bringing me back all these years.

We stayed in a different part of the hotel this time that I have never stayed in. The room felt a bit smaller than the other side of the hotel. Didn’t bother us as our room had an awesome view from the balcony. The screen door to our balcony was off the track so we just had to be careful. The WiFi wasn’t working great but that just got us off of our phones/computers and got us out and about.

If you’re not too fancy and want a budget friendly, up front experience of Hyannis, I would highly recommend the Hyannis Travel Inn :)

Amazing hotel. We travel to the Cape 3 times a year and have stayed in many, many hotels. Including a few nightmares. Hyannis Travel is clean, inviting, rates very reasonable. Front desk folks are funny, informative, helpful. Engage with the guests frequently. Pool and hot tub area clean and well kept. Continental breakfast. Parking is tight but do-able.

I needed an inexpensive place to get a good night's rest on a COMFORTABLE BED and this was it! Easy in and out for a one night stay, polite, and clean. Can't recommend highly enough.

Wonderful place to stay! Very convenient location to local shops and restaurants, clean rooms, and extremely nice staff. Management was wonderful! Greeted with warm welcomes and smiles upon arrival. 10/10 would recommend, would stay again.

Amazing hotel
This is way better than any 2-star hotel, even better than average 3-stars. The hotel is located next to the town centre with many restaurants nearby. It's 5-10 minutes away from the transportation centre (if you come by bus) and there is plenty of parking on the property or in front of it. Rooms are nice, clean and large. Bathrooms are quite good and clean.
The personnel merits a star because they are very friendly, helpful and always available to help guests or suggest places to go to or eat at.
Breakfast offers no hot food, but it's pretty good. There is also a swimming pool indoor and a hot tub.

Very friendly employees, I got great advice to explore Cape Cod and beyond. Great value for the money spend.

We chose this hotel because of its excellent ratings and very reasonable price. We usually stay at chain hotels, and because of that and a very reasonable price, we had low expectations. We were very pleasantly surprised and experienced fantastic customer service, from the owner, every front desk attendant, the head of maintenance, and the housekeeping staff. Everyone was very friendly, offering to help with bags and anything else including storing our bicycles in a secure location every night, and providing guidance on the local attractions. Anyone who stays here will have a fantastic stay. The facility is nice, clean, and in a great location to walk or ride a bike to all nearby attractions, the ferry, and restaurants. We will definitely go back and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This is a excellent independent hotel in a very pricey area. It is very nostalgic and well kept. Don’t expect a Hilton but a very nice place to stay which is walkable to the ferry to Nantucket which saves parking too. The staff is second to none. They took our bags early and let us park before we checked into our room.

Cozy, friendly hotel. It has its parking. The rooms are clean, with no smells (suitable for sensitive people). The air conditioning worked very well; there was a balcony. Funny, but for the first time in my life, I saw a light switch with a timer😬! There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is quite simple but delicious. The advantage of this hotel is that it is close to a busy street full of bars and souvenir shops.
