When I first moved to MA, I was looking for an apartment to rent for a year while I searched for a house to buy. I searched extensively online with no luck and resorted to calling all real estate agencies that were listed in the area. Every agent I spoke to other than Tracey told me they didn't handle apartments and ended the conversation. Tracey told me that she didn't deal with apartments, but could look into it for me and see what she could find. I made the decision to use her as my agent when I did find a house because she was the only one willing to help even though apartments were out of her purview. I'm happy that she was still available a year later and now my wife and I are extremely happy in our first home. Tracey was dependable and available every step of the way.

Christine Richards was, hands down, the most amazing real estate agent ever to walk this planet. At every juncture, she went above and beyond, taking extra time to give us extensive tours of the different towns, beaches, and areas after our open houses, she gave us endless restaurant recommendations, she was ALWAYS accessible, and continues to follow up with us weeks after our closing just to check in. It honestly felt like we had a caring and loving family member helping us buy our home. On the day of our closing, Christine gifted us a gorgeous, custom made, personalized house warming present. She continues to be someone I feel comfortable reaching out to with questions, as well as just to say hi!!! If anyone I know is ever looking to buy on the Cape, I’m sending them to Christine :) We love her!!!!

Hayley Nickerson is the most amazing real estate agent! My wife and I were looking to buy a cape house during the pandemic and Hayley went above and beyond our imagination. Living far from the Cape, Hayley drove all around the Cape and FaceTimed us from various houses and gave us to opportunity to explore and search the cape remotely. When we found houses we liked, she prepared comparable properties and helped us get a feel for the market and the towns we were searching. With very few beachfront properties during the pandemic, Hayley was our saving grace navigating our options and we couldn’t have done it without her! We had a few difficult situations that Bud dealt with in a very professional yet caring manner. My living out of state was not ideal, but Bud was great about comunicating with me and responsive to my emails and calls.
