I can't say enough great things about Cape and Island cosmetic surgery ..specifically Dr. Seth Jones...I mean this Dr, Surgeon , all round Nice guy , his expertise in his field Is impressive . This is where you want to go !!! I myself had a surgery three years ago, which was really A big letdown with a "local" well known cosmetic surgeon near me. Needless to say never again , Because the new go to place is Cape and Island cosmetic surgery where they have the best doctors and the best nurses and the best office girls. All of them are so friendly and kind. I only wish I would've known about C & I plastic s 3 years ago ! This would've saved me Of Disappointment and money if I would've went to Dr. Jones first, this guy is an artist and he listens to you .He does beautiful , beautiful work .I am totally satisfied and so happy this time around. Thanks Dr. Jones. I am a breast cancer survivor that had undergone a double mastectomy. Dr Loffredo is truly amazing at what he does. After an extremely life changing occurrence, I can truly say I am confident and happy with the reconstruction he performed and my body! I could not have asked for a better plastic surgeon! Doctor Loffredo is an exceptional doctor. His work team is professional and polite. After breast cancer and two lampectomies, I was finally referred by my ancologist to see Dr. Loffredo. But before I saw him, I had already seen three different doctors at different hospitals in Boston. But still I hadn't found an answer to my problem. Tired and discouraged, in my first evaluation by the Dr., he explained to me that my case was difficult, unique and high risk. But despite everything, he told me about the possibilities, techniques that could work in my case and that there was hope. So I immediately realized that his techniques and procedures are much more advanced and updated. So on January 9, 2024, after a double mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction, I am thrilled with the results of my work on myself. Dr Loffredo, in addition to being brilliant, was very attentive to me and my family. After my surgery, Dr. Lofredo monitored me closely. He called every day to see how I was doing and even after spending the day working at the hospital performing surgeries, he still had time to see me in his office as often as necessary during the week. We are privileged to have an extremely talented, versatile and up-to-date plastic surgeon like this one here on Cape Cod

Dr. Loffredo is absolutely amazing! He is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely skilled at what he does. I had upper back, neck, and shoulder pain for 10 years, possibly even longer, due to my breasts being too large. I had gone to physical therapy and chiropractor with little relief. For the past 3 years I’d been seeing a massage therapist once a month and that only provided temporary relief. I was at my wits end and, being only 29 years old, I couldn’t image living the rest of my life in chronic pain. Dr. Loffredo came highly recommended. In April I went in for a consult. He listened to my issue with a sympathetic ear and assured me I would have good results with a breast reduction and my quality of life would improve. I had my surgery on October 20th and October 21st, the very next day, was the first day I had no pain whatsoever in my upper back, neck or shoulders. It was incredible! The office and staff were all extremely helpful. I saw the PA for all my follow ups and she was incredible! She soothed all my fears and reassured me my recovery was going well. Now, 12 weeks later, I got to tell Dr. Loffredo that he was absolutely right. My quality of life has improved dramatically since having the surgery. I feel better. I’m able to exercise easier without so much weight in my chest. The results were amazing! For the first time in my entire life I don’t have to forgo an outfit or dress because I can’t make it work with a 40 DD bra. I can wear it and I can wear it bra-less. That is something I never thought possible. I’m so grateful to Dr. Loffredo for giving me this confidence and freedom and now, I get to have massages for relaxation instead of pain relief. Thank you does not seem enough to express how grateful I am. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
