Hyannis Inn

I found this place last minute. It was a good price for one night.
Donna who works at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. They have a text feature to communicate with the front desk prior to arrival in case you need any last minute amenities and ETA I really appreciated that.

The pool (indoor, heated)was amazing, super clean and pretty deep for a hotel/motel pool. The pools lounge area was so upscale and welcoming. The only downside to the pool is that if you stay off season and there are no rooms connected to the pool area think twice about going as we had to run wet outside to our room in the cold.

I stayed here when my family had a block booked at the neighboring harbor hotel for a wedding. The service was excellent. I got all of the amenities as the harbor hotel and more for way less. No price for parking, beautiful pool, and most of all: clean rooms. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent experience! Location was perfect so much in walking distance! Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They even surprised us with a special gift for our anniversary! I would highly recommend

Stayed here July 3-5 2022 with my mother and boyfriend and it was amazing. Staff is friendly, clean rooms and clean heated indoor pool. Deb at the front desk was awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived very early and they already had our room ready. We noticed they periodically maintain the pool and the owners were visually happy that we were enjoying our time. The Inn is located in a perfect area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops around. Everyone is just very nice, always welcoming and greeting you as you pass by. Can’t wait to go back, already planning our next trip. I recommend 100%

Every detail is thought of . It is evident that Lee and his team care about what they do. Everything in its place, every thing thought of. Friendly and helpful, like you are old friends. Super clean, plenty of spaces to relax. Sit by the pool and enjoy your morning coffee and listen to perfectly chosen music. Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely, flowers and plants sprinkled throughout. Quiet and truly just lovely and right on Main Street. Thank you and so nice to see Customer Service in its top form again! We will be back of course.

This was our first visit to the Cape area and let me say it won't be our last. We had a fantastic time for our anniversary on our 2 night stay. This place is in the perfect location. Right on Main Street, walking distance to great food, shopping and entertainment. We even found a free beach only a short drive away. We highly recommend KKaties for a great burger. The room was good size, we had a king room on the second floor, it was very clean and comfortable, although I would recommended bringing your own pillows, we found the ones on the bed weren't very comfortable, but that's our opinion. We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked great. We will definitely be back next year.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower head was the best one that I have ever used in a motel/hotel. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but others were enjoying it. The location is perfect for enjoying the town and ferries.

I stayed at the Hyannis Inn Hotel this weekend and it was excellent. I booked the Family Suite and it was so spacious, room appears to be newly renovated, and smelled so fresh (thankful for not having a carpet)! It is also located in walking distance to numerous restaurants, and ice cream shops! I am planning to come back next summer! I would definitely recommend!

We would stay here again. Great location for a visit to Hyannis. Rooms are clean and tidy. The not one but two mini bars of soap were appreciated. The pillows confused me at first-- they appeared to be square; turns out they were regular pillows once the pillowcase was untucked and the pillows shaken out. The bed was very firm. If your neighbor has a loud voice, you will hear them. Stairs to the second level are steep. Coffee and tea offered during the day in the pool off of the office were good. They told us the pool was heated. I'm just disappointed I didn't have the time to try it.

Clean room. Super friendly staff. My wife injured her ankle before our trip. I rented a mobility scooter for her and had it delivered to the Motel. The Motel staff kept it safe for us and even charged the battery at night. The pool is clean and the coffee is great. Perfect location on Main St.

Great location! The rooms are nice and very clean. Older hotel but very well kept and maintained. The staff was amazing and made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely stay there again!!

A group of us stayed for the week 8/24-8/30. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. First the great customer service and constant smiles and Pleasant greetings we're a welcomed change.Room was clean very comfortable and we'll stocked.Very close to all good restaurants and local shopping. Thanks again for the fantastic week. We will be back to stay with you!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all wonderful- helpful, welcoming, and very friendly. The rooms were all very clean. We had 3 rooms- a king, 2 queens, and a large family room. We will definitely stay here again.

Came with my family for a night on the cape. The rooms were generously sized, comfortably furnished, and extremely clean. I don't think I've ever been into a cleaner hotel/motel bathroom before in my life. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants and the surrounding area. Wonderfully central location to all that you need. 5 stars all around.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is right in the middle of everything. Its all walking distance. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car. The rooms were nice, updated, and very clean. The staff was so friendly and accomodating, even after being 3rd in line checking in they still repeated everything for us. We will definetly reccomend this inn to all of our friends and family.

Great gem located amongst the many restaurants and shops in downtown Hyannis! It was a last minute decision for a work event and was pleased with everything about this inn. Very friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, large/newer renovated room, very clean and enjoyable. Would definitely book a stay there again!!!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hardwood floors in the rooms are such a nice change to the common carpet most hotels offer. Pretty comfortable beds with clean linens and fluffy pillows. Very close to many shops, restaurants(and of course ice cream). This is our second stay here and I couldn't be happier!

Very clean rooms !!! Beautiful establishment. Went with sister for the weekend , the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants

Front desk was v helpful and friendly. Pool was heated. Entire faculty was clean. Housekeeping has been suspended due to covid, but fresh linen upon request. Good location. And shower had hot water :)
