Papa Johns Pizza

I’d like to thank Papa Johns for “trunk or treat” on 10/23/2023, at their Franklin, Ky, location. Kids had fun, we had fun dancing, and the pizza as usual was good.

Not sure his name but he is an 18-year-old manager at this location and he is amazing. He makes a lovely pizza as well as takes care of each and every customer.

Order from them a lot. On a first name basess with most of the drivers. Normally food is always hot and delivery fast. (I also always tip the driver). Only when door dash delivers is when it takes forever. Because they can't keep no help. Lot of times people from other stores have to come work. Overall service is good. Food is good also.

Always have my order hot and fresh! They've even helped me carry it to the car !(Great when you have kids!) It's the little things like that make them awesome! I order carry out like 2 -3 x's monthly and they have only messed up once. They offered to refund that pizza, give me a new one, and a courtesy drop off. I declined to all except the new pizza, but they over compensate for any mistakes. Very friendly staff and great pizza!!

This food was honestly really good and I got the chicken Alfredo bowl. It took them about 22-25 minutes and they were really nice. They didn’t come into me and my friends business but I love this food good job papa johns!

Ordered our extra large meats pizza, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. FASTER than any competitor, streaming fresh from the oven to my doorbell/step. (New General Manager knows what he's doing and this store better not let him go. I was so excited, I called and spoke with Lee, and he was appreciative of our business and invited us to order again Friday.)

Always a great experience. Order always right, hot, and customer service imo among the best in town.

I do app orders. They always make my pizza accordingly and are ready when they say they are.

Great pizza! Friendly service but a tad expensive. Coupons come in handy.

Not only was the pizza great the driver delivered plates cups and napkins! Very thoughtful and helpful if you're in a hotel.

Papa john pizza franklin ky. In my opinion is the best one around. Beating bowling greens hands down.
