I truly think our Park is the best kept secret in AZ for the over 55 crowd. 16 years owning here and still love it. All the amenities one could want and still amazingly affordable.

Family members live here, and they really enjoy it. With a well kept golf course, 9 holes, a Community clubhouse, pools and water fountain, this place is lovely. Gated, safe community. HOA. Lots are purchased, not rented. 55 plus. Snow birds or year round.

I have been living here since July and I must say that this is a very safe place to live. All the people that I have met are friendly. All the amenities are taking care of and are in the best condition. If you are a sunbird just staying for the winter or if you are looking for a place to stay year round I would recommend Riverview Resort.

Great retirement community! By far the best in area. Good people, good management, gated and great security. Free water and cable. 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, workout facilities, Olympic pool, and much more. Love it!

This park is unique. Each lot is sold and owned privately, rather than the park owner renting spaces. Most of the spaces are cement slabs with park models situated on them. The park model is sold with the lot. Some spaces are empty, with the owner using them to park their RV when they come down. An owners council regulates the covenants, which are pretty strict. 55 and over. No dogs over 25 pounds. 15 mile speed limit are some of the rules. There are others!
Amenities are many, including a 3 par, 9 hole golf course which threads through the park. It is well maintained with several water hazards. 6 pool tables, shuffleboard, card rooms, large rec hall, library, exercise room, and 2 pools complete with spas are others.
The roads within are well paved and the grounds are well kept. The HOA is currently $210 a month.
Bullhead City, situated in the Colorado River corridor, can be quite windy but the sun shines and temps get hot. We like it as we are from Montana.

We've lived here in the winter since 2017 love it! Our staff at the office are very friendly, knowledgeable & always helpful! The resort is beautiful & our clubhouse has a lot of wonderful amenities & activities. Great place!

Very well kept and green 9 hole course that is par 3 for every hole. Gated community with One Lap pool, One 6ft pool, two hot tubs, male and female saunas, a full gym, two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, two dog parks, several large indoor recreation areas including a small library, and one amazing view of the mountains.

Love the yearly yard sales! Staff and homeowners are very welcoming. It's a beautiful park; lovely golf course!

I HAVE TO BE HONEST HERE, I DRIVE PAST THE RIVERVIEW RV RESORT ROUGHLY 10 TIMES A WEEK, I'VE NEVER ACTUALLY BEEN ON PROPERTY. I WILL SAY THAT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT ENTERING, THIS IS THE BEST KEPT PROPERTY IN BULLHEAD CITY WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE TREES ARE ALWAYS WELL GROOMED AND THE PROPERTY IS ALWAYS CLEAN, INCLUDING OUTSIDE THE PERIMETER. MY ONLY INTERACTION WITH THE RESORT THOUGH, WAS NOT PLEASANT, QUITE SOME TIME AGO, MY MOTORCYCLE TIRE FELT A LITTLE SOFT AS I DROVE PAST, I STOPPED AT THE ENTRY, IT IS THE ONLY PAVED AREA THERE THAT IS OUT OF TRAFFIC LANES, I DIALED A FRIEND TO COME TRAILER THE BIKE,BUT BEFORE I COULD COMPLETE THE CALL, A FLASHLIGHT BEAM APPEARED DIRECTLY IN MY FACE, A TURNED TO LOOK AND A VOICE INSTRUCTED ME TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE, I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO NO AVAIL, THE VOICE KEPT YELLING AT ME TO LEAVE, I GOT OFF THE BIKE AND WALKED TOWARD THE LIGHT TO EXPLAIN TO THE MAN HIDING BEHIND IT THAT I COULD NOT LEAVE, AND GAVE MY OWN INSTRUCTIONS TELLING HIM TO LOWER THE LIGHT FROM MY FACE, THE MAN DID NOT AND I BEGAN TO GET ANGRY AND AGAIN ASKED HIM TO MOVE THE BEAM, ALTHOUGH BEHIND THE GATE, RETREATED, STILL POINTING THE LIGHT DIRECTLY INTO MY EYES, NOW YELLING THAT HE WAS CALLING THE POLICE, I OFFERED MY PHONE FOR HIM TO USE BUT HE CONTINUED TO YELL AS HE RETREATED, BEING NIGHT TIME I COULD NOT SAY WHERE HE WENT OR IF HE WAS EVEN AN EMPLOYEE THERE, I CONTINUED MY CALL, MY FRIEND SHOWED UP AND WE LOADED THE MOTORCYCLE ONTO THE TRAILER, THE MAN NEVER CAME BACK AND THE POLICE DID NOT SHOW UP, I CALLED THEM ON MY ARRIVAL HOME AND INFORMED THEM OF THE ENCOUNTER. IF HE WAS AN EMPLOYEE HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING IN A BASEMENT MAYBE, OR ANY OTHER AREA WHERE HE HAS NO CHANCE OF HUMAN CONTACT, THE APPEARANCE OF THE PROPERTY THOUGH, FLAWLESS AND STILL DESERVING OF 5 STARS.

This place has it all ! If you get bored than it's your own fault! You can rent a spot for your rv or you can rent a fully furnished mobil home! So many things to do! 2 swimming pools ,2 hot tubs, tennis court, shuffle board. ,billiard room,card room , 9 hole golf course, and much more! Awesome views ! Must be 55 or older ! Close to shopping and restaurants!

The best place we have ever stayed. Great people, gated 55+ community. Dance and dinner on Saturdays, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, golf, tennis, couldn't ask for more.

Awesome place to live if 55 or over. My parents live there and ha e for over 20 yrs. Clean,huge clubhouse,nice pools and hot tubs.

Positively refreshing. Clearest water you've ever seen. Colorful rocks are so beautiful. 58° of pure delite. Fun in the sun.
