Mohave RV

We had a gas leak in our Rental RV on our way to Grand Canyon. Being complete newbies to the RV world this has been quite a bad surprise. The Team at Mohave RV has been very nice, helped us on the phone to identify the Type of Regulator we would need, and had it in Stock. They made time for us to stop by half an hour later, fixed the regulator and were completely OK with sending the invoice to the rental company.

A special service is the local care-dog, asking to be pet while waiting. Very good for increasing the mood in such moments.

I visited their website looking for a travel trailer or motorhome, prices were a little high for me to purchase, but they also do repairs and rentals. I did end up buying one elsewhere, but I will definitely give them a try when I need a repair.

As usual, Dan gave me some excellent advice regarding my solar charging system.
Don't know what I'd do without him.
And the back up camera is now working properly.

Had a problem with a/c on fifth wheel. I called them and they had no available technicians. They took the time and walked me through a couple of possible issues and got my a/c running. You guys and ladies are awesome people. Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it.

Dropped off today for grey tank issue. Couldn't be happier. Tank was fixed, tested, and out the door before noon. I've never had service like that. Called from the Walmart 3 miles south and it was waiting out front ready to go. Great service. Good customer skills. Understood that it was a drop off and pickup rather than come back in a month.

This business is absolutely fantastic!! We had a slide emergency while traveling and they were able to get someone out next day to diagnose it. Got the part shipped and installed all within the one month we were going to be in town.
Repair guys were fast, efficient, nice, and respectful.

Had problems with our black tank not draining and full. They took RV in and got it working. And because we live in our RV full time, they got it back to us same day. Understanding, friendly, and know there stuff. Thanks to the whole team there

Great place for service. We had a Dometic stove recall and we're travelling during the recall. The staff at Mohave were able to order the parts and get our stove fixed while we were in town for two weeks. Super friendly team and very smooth experience, will definitely be bookmarking them if we need service in this area again.

Had another shop here in Kingman work on my coach they put a brand new inverter in and was supposed to work on the generator exhaust got the coach back drove five miles from their shop to my house the inverter did not work it did the same as when I took it in and the exhaust still leaked all they did was put a muffler clamp on when I told them that the exhaust was leaking up towards the manifold confronted the owner he said he checked out everything personally and that everything was working when it left the shop so called Mojave RV brought it to them they had everything fixed within a week . The inverter settings weren't set right kind of nice when they ask you when you want your coach and not tell you oh we'll get to it when we get to it and you're not our only customer that was at Trotter's RV the counter staff and the technicians at Mojave are awesome you actually get weekly updates and Friendly Smiles and not lied to like Trotters

Hadn't been here before and very pleased with their selection. Purchased stabilizer jacks, were husky brand (2 fer) and were better then jacks equipped on my trailer. They have all kinds of things there for your RV.

They were awsome. Got our heat pump replaced under warranty, and took our awning toppers off for the duration of our stay. (Because the wind is pretty bad here) would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again if we are in the area.

We needed to upgrade the lock on our travel trailer. When we received a door latch assembly rather than slam latch Carol went over and above to correct the problem. Not only did she immediately send the correct latch but told me to keep the door lock and sent matching keyed tumblers for that as well. She was very knowledgeable and I would give 10 stars if I could. I will definitely use them again even living in South Florida as we do.

Very professional, I miss judged the space I had for the tail swing on my 5th wheel and destroyed the rear cap. The eight week wait to have the new cap manufactured and shipped from Indiana was better than expected and once it arrived Mohave RV made the repairs in 2 1/2 days. I am very pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend this establishment.

I would like to think Courtney for taking time to show me the items about my camper that I did not know before that point. She was very professional and courteous.
The technician also that worked on my camper did a great job taking care of the things that needed to be done. Looks very professional thank you guys!;)

Made appt to have my slide out on Class A motorhome checked out because of popping noise while closing. Paula wrote up a repair order and technician Dan checked out my unit. They found a problem and repaired the slide and I was back on the road very quickly. Excellent work by all people at Mojave RV. Thank you all for your prompt attention to my problem
