Shoe Dept. Encore

First we went to Arizona mills location and a younger gentleman helped us call another location and puts one shoes on hold at the desert sky location. His customer service was absolutely amazing. When we got to Desert sky location Maria helped us. I wanted the same shoes as my daughter and she located them and had the brought to her store for pick up. She went absolutely above and beyond to help us find the shoes we we wanted. I work in hotels and customer service and from one store to another the all had great customer service. Your company should be proud.

Patricia has the most outstanding customer service. I bought my shoes because of her, and her knowledge about the product! I will go back because of her. Thank you Patricia for turning my bad day around. Leadership, please recognize Patricia.

Customer service rep named Nuvia (female) was excellent in assisting other customers an myself.. She took on the task of trying to locate a sketcher shoe for me. She was professional an warm at the same.

I like to come here for Nike’s that I wear for work because they’re not over priced.. today I came here with my son for a pair of shoes and he picked out a pair and we waited for one of the guys that worked there to bring out the shoes so my son could try them on but they weren’t the right pair.. apparently someone stocked the wrong boxes on the shelf and there didn’t seem to be a size for the shoes my son wanted.. I said it was fine and that he could just pick out something else.. the guy who was helping us went above and beyond to find my sons shoe size by looking thru every box and I thought that was great even tho he didn’t have to, he did it anyways..

They had exactly what I was looking for. I had gone to five different shoe stores each day over the past 3 days and felt that this place would be my last. I was going to give up looking if I couldn't find what I was looking for in here, but I finally found the shoes I was looking for and wanted, FINALLY!!!

Very nice staff. Didn't have what I was looking for so they called their other store which did. The other store then put the shoes on hold for me to get.

Awesome the gentleman that help me did a great job he helped me with a problem that even he said was a tough but he still gave excellent customers service and went out of his way to help with all possible solutions he could think of !
