This was my first time buying a car to finance, and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The guy who helped me was named Tony, he was really helpful throughout the entire process. Any questions that were asked of him about the car or financing were answered with honesty and care. He presented the car to us and let us do our own inspections of it without any sales pressure coming from him. Very respectable dealer and service. This is not a place that wants to milk you for your money, it's a place that wants you satisfied with what you're getting while getting you the best deal for buying or financing. Tony even went above and beyond and picked me up from my house the day after our deal was started due to my own time constrictions, all in efforts to make the transaction as stress free for his customer.

I bought a car there today and I must say I got one of the best experiences I've had in a while at a car dealership. I worked with Tony and I have a limited time off. I put in an inquiry about a car on Saturday and instead of waiting until Monday when they open he went above and beyond and worked with me on Sunday as much as he could at home. That was amazing of him and you don't find a lot of people who go above and beyond anymore. On top of keeping up with me throughout the day and answering every single question of mine, he made sure I got the best loan that I could. His reassurance and hard work that he put into helping me made me feel 100% about my purchase!! I would recommend going here if you are looking for a car!! Thank you again Tony!!

When I wrote my first review I hadn't bought anything from Prime auto yet.... First off Tim the sales guy was great he wasn't a high pressure salesman like most are he answered all our questions and kept us entertained while waiting for the bank to respond. Then we met Tony to fill out our final paperwork at Prime auto's other location at Dunlap and 3rd st., Where we found a super nice truck so we wound up leaving Prime Auto with a new SUV and a PICKUP! Tony really worked with us on all the terms of both loans. Tony and Tim stayed way late to get us taken care of. I am extremely pleased with the service and the treatment I received. They have good deals and work with you so if you stop by the dealership on Cave Creek and mountain view and Don't see something you like make sure you check the one out on 3rd St. and Dunlap!

First they were quick to respond to my inquire of wanting a new car. Even though they were busy, Tony took the time to get me situtated with the car i wanted by giving me they keys and carfax to go over. There was no pressure during the whole process and Tony was willing to come in on Sunday to finish up the deal which I've never seen a salesman willing to go that far for their customers. Good experience all around and I got the car i wanted for a good price.

Found a truck online that was a really great deal sent in a request got a call first thing in the morning from Art got all the details worked out. Applied for financing and got me the truck I wanted. They never tried to show me anything I didn't want and never pushed me into the sale it was very relaxed and overall awesome experience will shop with them in the future!

Great Experience, Tony Was a great help. Let me test drive a Jeep Wrangler Sahara, that i bought the very next day. He already had the paper work ready before i even arrived. Would buy from Him again. Great Customer Service and very Friendly.

Alright I was going to initially give them a 4 start but after everything they’ve done for me it’s now a 5 for sure. I was looking for a Hummer H3 Alpha. The Alpha was harder to come by. No one in Tucson had one. So I searched for 3-4 weeks and found one in my price range also in Phoenix. The original dealership sold it from under me. Even after I had finance already set up etc.. So about 2 days later I found Prime Auto Sales. They had one JUST show up. So I contacted them. I’ll admit, the texts and calls back were a bit slow, but I had everything set up to pick it up. I DID ask if anything was wrong with it, they said it needed Freeon for the A/C but other than that it was fine. They got it from the mechanic on Friday afternoon, detailed it, and I went to see it on Saturday morning. When I got there they had JUST opened. So the detailing wasn’t finished. But I started looking it over. I found that the rear left window regulator was not working. Window wouldn’t go down or up. Also I found that the left rear tail light was broken. Dude to an accident. Looked like someone was turning in a parking lot or something and got a little too close to something. No major issue. I let the guy Johnny know about it. I drove it home and realized it was leaking a TINY spot of antifreeze on the ground. I started looking at it and realized the radiator had a small pin hole in it. I had to top it off every 2-3 days. I let Johnny know about it. He literally sent me the money to get a brand new (all aluminum one) and sent me a check for the rear left window regulator. I had that check in no time at all. They stood by their word. So when purchasing, get it a really thorough look. They will help you out. Also I got the price I wanted to pay on it. He dropped the price like $1800 for me. He had ALL the paper work ready to go when I arrived. This was a no hassle dealership. Walked in and out and was on my way back to Tucson within less than an hour. Johnny wasn’t pressuring at all. He was really nice. So I suggest speaking with him directly if you’d like. I give him 2 thumbs up! For a used car with around 140k on it, I’m happy with it. They were the cheapest within 500 miles for that Hummer, and they STILL dropped the price due to the small issues it had and on top of that, PAID for the repairs. So I can’t help but give them 5 stars. Thanks Johnny.

Tony was amazing to deal with. He went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process. He did not pressure us in any way and left the decisions up to us. Overall the best car buying experience we have had!! Thank you Tony for everything!!

I dont review places very often, but i just HAD TO do one for here.
Tony & crew were absolutely AMAZING. Sunday (when they are closed) Tony contacted me about a car I applied for and assured me he would do my application the next day & keep me updated. Which he sure did! We've had a difficult time with our situation & pushy salesmen trying to get us in more expensive and smaller cars (we needed to fit 3 carseats..but they didnt care). Tony completely understood our situation and REALLY helped us out with what he could..not as a salesman, but as an actual person who cared.
When we first arrived, he introduced himself to my husband and first thing he said was that he was going to pull around the car to make sure all the kids seats fit before we started anything and made a decision. AMAZING. He remembered, we didnt have to ask, and he actually CARED...not just trying to push for a sale. We had to bring all 3 kids..5, 3, & 2months..which we we're very nervous about. Tony and the rest of the employees were fantastic & didnt make us feel like we were a bother at all. They played with the kids, had stuff to try and occupy them, and just understood in general. They related to us and didnt treat us as if we were "just another customer". There was no annoyance or bother..they treated us & our kids as if we were FAMILY. I was truly amazed by the compassion that was shown. Everything went fast and smooth. Absolutely LOVE this place and wish we came here first, but we are so glad we came here when we did! Definitely recommend to anyone. This isnt just a dealership that pushes for a sale, this a place that truly cares and wants to help. 5 stars! 100% 10/10

I called about a Vehicle 10 minutes before close on a Saturday afternoon. Tony the finance manager stated they're normally closed Sunday's but he oftens schedule appointment which I did. Arrived at 9 am he was already there and waiting to make a long story short his customer service was great and my wife and I are happy with the purchase. Thank you for the experience.
