Neto Auto Sales & Repair is fantastic! I called to find out about getting my 2003 Toyota Highlander looked at for a few issues. Kevin picked up the phone and took the time answer all of my questions and let me know I could bring my car in when I had the chance. He explained they would do a detailed inspection along with scanning it to get to the bottom of the check engine light problem. (Which turned out to be a loose EVAP hose). During his inspection he took pictures to show me what he was seeing that needed repair. He let me know what was urgent and what could wait. I needed new front lower control arms which is a labor intensive repair, but he was able to cut the labor time nearly in half to lower the cost! They also took care of my rear brakes, motor mounts (for no added labor cost!), and sway bar links.He made sure I was updated about everything and made sure I understood what they were doing. A couple days later I heard a knocking sound so I brought it back in. It ended up being a loose bolt somewhere and Kevin fixed it immediately. Kevin and his wife were extremely friendly and I felt at ease knowing they are honest and hardworking. I felt the prices were reasonable and the repairs were quick. Especially with all the work they did. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Neto to anyone needing car repairs!

We randomly found Neto Auto because they were in the neighborhood of our office (WAV Electric ) and we needed service done on one of our work vans. They have been our "GO-TO" ever since. What started out as "a place we will try because they are close and we need it done today" turned into finding a true GEM! They now service our fleet of work vehicles with all kinds of needs and we couldn't be happier. They are honest, affordable, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and follow thorough with what they say. All of which are attributes that sadly are rare these days.

I came in one time due to an issue that my car was facing and believed that there was a problem. After NETOs took further inspection of it, they told me that there was 0 problems. Now usually, the place would charge a fee for inspection but NETOs said it is completely fine and let me on my way! Honest man and company and I bought him so lunch for his kindness but he honestly deserves way more! If your car has problems, come to his business!

I'm a teacher, and I have Kevin's fifth grade son in my music class. I was telling the class my sad story about car which is an older car. I told them how it was wrecked off an exit on the 303. He was like, "My dad fixes older cars, and he is a mechanic, his shop is called, "Neto Auto Sales and Repair." What a sweet kid which changed my life! I took it to a big name auto collision place who of course overpriced the repairs on their quote. Not only that, they wouldn't do it because they don't make that brand of car anymore, and they wouldn't guarantee their work because of that. I had just spent several thousand dollars on this car, and I was about to lose more than half of that investment. Neto Auto Sales and Repair did their magic on my car. They not only repaired my car, and saved all my money, but the car now has newer parts, and is in better shape than it was before. Neto Auto Sales and Repair also did magic on my other car. This was a gloomy, and hard situation, but he saved the day again. Kevin is the most, honest guy I know, and the best car mechanic in Phoenix!

Let me start off by saying, you get what you pay for! They may not be the cheapest, but I will say they are efficient, professional, honest, personable and caring!! My car had several issues wrong with it. Spoke with Kevin, he explained to me what the issues were, in woman’s terms lol they took care of the problem, guaranteed the work, I found great comfort in that! Well took it home, needless to say the check engine light came back on, made a call, Kevin asked me to bring it back, he had to start from scratch, but they found the issue, addressed it, not only did they fix the problem but Kevin took my car to get emission tested ( tags were due) to make sure it was done. Kevin and Santiago, both were in constant communication with me every step of the way!! Need a mechanic, look no further!

On June 30, 2022, I went to Neto Auto Sales & Repair to look at a pre-owned car (Toyota Camry) that was for sale. After car researching and visiting countless dealerships for weeks, I had finally found the right car for the right price, at a caring and professional family owned car business/shop establishment. Kevin was very professional and informative from beginning to end, in all aspects of the car inspection, test driving, and financing/sales etc. Long story short, if you are looking to buy a quality/reliable pre-owned car or need professional car repairs done, visit NAS for all your car needs. Went to this location and met a guy named Kevin and Santiago oh, these guys are great, they fixed my daughter's car who is a student here in town and turns out they are more fair with pricing service and labor hours than anywhere I've tried. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed.
