Last week I was in a terrible accident that I was able to walk away from by my vehicle was totaled. We’ve had some struggles so getting a new vehicle wasn’t going to be easy. I walked into Fair Exchange and told them what I wanted and I got exactly that. They were nice, quick and easy to work with.

This is by far the best place I've ever bought car. I found one of their cars online and came to check it out, these guys were really relaxed and friendly during the whole process, not an ounce of pressure. I did end up buying the car from them and not only did I genuinely feel like they gave me a good deal but they didn't ghost afterwards. They were still just as friendly and answered any question I had after the sale. No one reads long reviews so I'll leave it here, seriously check these guys out. I'll definitely be coming back.

Mack and his team at Fair Exchange were great to deal with. They got me in and out in a short time with a great, used car. They have excellent customer service, as well. I would definitely recommend them for your next used car. I love my new car !

Fair Exchange did a great job at helping me find the best car for my budget and was exceptionally quick about the process. Tim did a great job with having information readily available and they didn't hide anything from us about the cars we looked at. WELL, I would like to start off by saying that I am really pleased with the service provided by Mac and his team! I was a first time buyer (19, no credit and right out of military camp) with no guidance and the whole entire office provided me with some insight on how to purchase the vehicle, care for it, and start my credit! With the financial institution provided, my family saw that I was going to pay 24% interest... very very bad... Even with the head man Mac reviewing my file and agreeing that 24% was CRAZY, he has granted me time with the vehicle to finance the money through another financial institution! Going with Desert Schools at 4% I am happy as can be! They are very patient with me and provided me the time to gather myself together financially... Fair Exchange is a great, flexible, and highly down to earth car sales dealership. When I first got the vehicle it had a mechanical issue, they fixed the catalytic converter and cracked windshield for free, no problem! I would recommend a stop at this dealership you are in the market for a new vehicle... I feel that this family owned dealership is fine writing free and a flexible one!

This has been a great experience for me. I was very satisfied with their customer service and professionalism. I looked at other cars earlier and was qualified at 2 other car lots for junkies from the 1990's. Fair exchange got me into a 2008 impala that was practically brand new. I was very impressed. Great place! It was great to find a place where I was able to get back on my feet and get a car. I was able to get a car with a lower down payment and monthly payment then my last car. After 6 months your eligible to trade in your car for another car. They offered to fix some things on the car before I take it home. I'm happy to finally get another car and start over.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Max and the sales guy we're extremely nice and helpful. They were honest with me as far as my credit score and what I can be eligible for. On a 42 month payment on a 564 credit score. I am happy with my payments and our car. 2013 Chevy Cruze. Thanks Mac and the Gang! My wife and son will no longer be stranded on the side of the road with our last Crunker. :)

Definitely recommend them. Had a great experience! They have many great deals and work something out with you. While getting our car the owner came and talked to us and showed us some of many of their options.

Great, fast and courteous service. They gave me a great deal, and even let me make a list of things that I would like done, no extra cost. Such as detailing, and fixing a few things that I requested at no extra charge. Rafeal was my salesman and was especially courteous and always available when I called to ask a question. Great place to buy or trade a car.

I went to other dealers, not going to name names, and had an OK experience but they weren't willing to work with me. Fair exchange came up in my search and the good reviews convinced me. The good reviews got me all excited and went straight to the lot. I was welcomed by Angel who gave me a nice cold bottle of water, a nice gesture other dealers didn't do. I also met with Macky (sorry if I didn't spell that right) and after couple of hours, I found my ride. It's my first car I'm buying on my own and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. I would bring anyone I know is looking for a new car here and Im sure they'll be well taken care of.

I came in just over 2 weeks ago, and found the truck of my dreams. My 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 crew cab blue in color. I met Jeremy first, and there was no pressure at all from him. Then I met Mack. Both men made it easy and affordable for me to buy this truck. They gave me a warranty, and treated me like a rockstar, and thanked me for my service , as I am a Desert storm veteran. I bought this truck in less than 30 minutes.
I will buy another vehicle from here when the time comes for one of my kids as I plan on having this truck for a long time to come. If you want a great car with no pressure, and a great price , and someone who stands behind their word , this is that place. 5 stars for this company. It truly was a fair exchange.
