Staff was very friendly took my order with a no problems I got all the right food nice and hot

Good food, pretty fast, but it seemed tense with the tall buff manager.

The McDonald's in Franklin the tables was not being cleaned off and there was a bunch of flies flying around me and people was doing there jobs well enough

Crew friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

Our 3rd time for big breakfast and it is delicious. The same woman very kindly brings our food every time. The atmosphere is a little chaotic but it is BY FAR THE BETTER out of the other McDonald's near by.... The other one in Franklin, awful. The one in Portland, omg just don't go, not even for the playground. As far as the lack of quality we've been conditioned for ever since COVID, it's pretty nice

The friendliest McDonald's employees I've ever met. Had to change my order, pay with a hundred dollar bill at six twenty am and ask for ketchup and the ladies were crazy nice. I've worked in the service industry for 10+ years

This is the best McDonald's that I've ever been to hands down! Great customer service no matter if I go through the drive through or if I dine in. And their food is always fresh. If something is forgotten, they correct it right away. I highly recommend this McDonald's restaurant over any other McDonald's restaurant!

Fast and friendly service, me and my family had a large order and they got it all right l. Very satisfied.

Although there was a misunderstanding between myself and the person taking orders, a lovely woman named Jeanie (or Jeanine?) handled the situation very professionally and made everything more than okay.
I assume she is in management, and as a manager myself dealing with current circumstances, she deserves recognition.

Order ahead and park while they make your food. No wrong order. Everything was fresh. Definitely do again.

This McDonald's is coming out of a terrible slump. Service and food quality was poor for years (think 2-4 consistently).

Last year, it was remodeled but restocked in the kitchen with poor functioning equipment. You can never get a McCafe anything here. Get a coffee or iced coffee only because their machine hasn't worked in close to a year. Management and staff complain constantly that the franchise owner refuses to purchase new equipment.

All I have to say to that owner is you're hurting yourself more than you realize by not investing in YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF!!! There is a reason everyone in town avoids this location and heads to the other because THAT owner actually wants business.

Get good, hot food and nice service. Avoid McCafe like the plague!

First I'd like to give a standing ovation and round of applause to ol' Micky Dees. This morning was by far the best service I believe I've EVER had at this location! The food nearly flew out the window to us, was hot as anyone person could stand it, and those pesky Macchiatos were presented picture perfect(of course it was good). So whomever is working that drive through this morning 1/17 at 9am, keep her around! Polite, courteous, got just what was asked for and killed it!

They are fast and almost always get my order correct. The prices have gone up a bit lately but I still go there regularly.

I was warmly greeted by friendly staff, and my two Filet of Fish sandwiches were made exactly as I requested and were picture perfect and delicious.

Always good. My kids love it and would eat this every night if I would let them... Lol good people and staff is friendly
