The property it well taken care off and nice neighborhood.

This placed pretty much saved or helped my family through some difficult times. Lived here for 8 years, very quiet area. Made a great neighbor /friend that always took care of us when we would take a little vacay away. Management is very nice and friendly. The yards are always maintained along with the roads. They update pavement every couple of years. Just a well kept community.

Just an additional comments: We as residents, we were never LATE on our payments, never caused any RUCKUS, and always FOLLOWED the RULES regarding CAR PARKING and maintenance on our mobile yard.

If you follow these steps, living here like I said, was a great time of our lives for these 8 past years. We're also a hispanic family and my neighbor as well and we were never discriminated against, so other residents or soon to be residents need to stop being entitled and act like grown adults.(I know maybe this is probaly not the best place to post the last 2 parts of the comments, sorry I just seen and heard so much negativity lately and felt like people need to hear the truth from a former resident).

Thank you Belair Manor Mobile homes for our wonderful stay those past 8 years. Thanks to this community we were able to save up to get a home. This place was a stepping stone in the right direction. Keep up the good work!

Awesome place to live! David and Julio are amazing workers. They make sure the park is clean and talk to people respectfully. You can count on them for anything! Keep it up buds 👍

about Bellaire manor, we've,that is my wife and myself have lived here now going on 9 yrs. We've owned our own place now for 2 yrs. And the manager David Walker and crew have been the best!

This is a very quiet and clean place to live. The maintenance is good and David (The Manager) is always taking care about the administration park.

I have lived here for over 2 years now and its A peacefull and friendly family environment. The pool is always clean and looks emaculant.

I love this place! and all's it's people,you will never find a more caring, helpful and dedicated bunch of people 😀
