I don’t give a lot of 5 star ratings but this place was great. Its appearance is a little deceiving from the road. The lot is full and you are not sure where to park. The lot attendant came out to great us and he was soft spoken but friendly. He didn’t have a lot of information about the car but he knew who would. He took our information and we took a test drive. He was laid back and not pushing us to buy the car. He let us drive as long as we wanted. When we got back we met with Michael. He was amazing. Straight to the point. Not pushy. Not trying to sell you an extended warranty or mess around with financing options. He was honest and you could tell the entire business runs based on integrity. Would highly recommend this place for sure. In fact I need a car for my son who just started driving and they’ll be my first call to see what they have in stock. They made purchasing my wife’s dream car an amazing experience!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership :) We got a great vehicle for mileage and price and I received excellent customer service there from all the gentlemen who helped me. Mike handled the sale and Arthur helped me when we had to follow up on some few things and I think Boris and Ben helped as well as well as the service team :) They followed up very well on the things we needed to handle. I held off 6 months on writing this review in order to give the vehicle sufficient time to determine the reliability and customer service offered. Let me start by saying that their used car warranty was a high purchasing point for me, compared to most other warranties, they offered a 4 month or 4,000 mile whichever comes first. That is already better than most other used warranties. Also they took care of any concerns and issues the car had prior to handing me the keys while respecting the agreed price. The price negotiation was fair. They did my brake service fairly quick and their techs/mechanics seem very knowledgeable. I do believe they handled the buying experience without much pressure and as reasonably as possible while allowing me to walk away happy. As for the car, I've had minor issues, but then again, it is a used vehicle with a higher mileage and is to be expected. I'd highly recommend purchasing and doing business again with AZ Best Cars. Purchased the car of my dreams. Menacham or “Mike” gave me a very easy and pleasant buying experience. He was very specific with the knowledge he was bringing to the table upon helping me make my purchase. He was very authentically professional and I think that it’s very rare to find such a friendly team.🥂

After months of looking for the perfect Mercedes GLS 450 I stumbled upon one here. After looking at multiple and being let down by the condition of of used mercedes at a reasonable price I was not holding my breath with this one. Arrived at the dealership and did not locate the truck as I walked inside to ask I see it in a lift. They told me they had just finished giving it an inspection. They brought it down for us to look at it. By far the nicest we had seen at a reasonable price. White fully loaded, panoramic roof even had factory entertainment package. My wife fell in love with it. We drove it and drove like a mercedes should. One owner no accidents carfax even showed it was always dealer maintained. felt like it was too good to be true. Finance was a breeze low APR and bank didn't even ask for any paperwork on my end. Albert was very friendly and even stayed after hours to make sure financing was complete. Will definitely be coming back for our next few vehicles with Arizona Best Cars.

Albert took great care of us & put us in an even newer, lower milage, great looking car. We drove several hours from Tucson, AZ to find the perfect rav4 for my daughter. We are so glad we made the trip! We called them prior to coming in to make sure the rav4 would still be available when we made it in. Twice now I have flown from Seattle to Phoenix to buy vehicles from Arizona Best Cars. If I just wanted any old car, I could buy a car anywhere. But I do a LOT of research when buying cars. I have specific options I want, under certain mileage, certain colors I want, within a certain price range, etc. When you get that specific, the number of vehicles that match your criteria narrows. And then when you weed out the bad cars from the good, it gets even narrower. Both times, I couldn't find the exact vehicle I wanted in Seattle and the prices were much better out of state. Arizona Best Cars had the exact vehicle I wanted both times at $2500 or more less then here in Seattle. I paid for a vehicle inspector in Phoenix to go out and check out that car and both times, the vehicles came out great. Borukh and his crew at Arizona Best Cars treated me wonderfully both times. I hate actually dealing with car salesmen but these guy were just so wonderful to work with. The 2nd time I flew out, they even picked me up from the hotel. I can't say enough. Great vehicles, great staff. THANK YOU Arizona Best Cars! Who knows, maybe I'll see you again for a 3rd vehicle down the road!

This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Albert and his team are trustworthy and professional. It was a bit nerve wracking buying online since we are inexperienced in that process to say the least but having the car of our dreams deliver right to our front door was exceptional.
