This place has yhe friendliest and most helpful employees around plus there prices arent too bad either..good place to go..

All the staff here at Oreileys are amazing!! There has never been a time that we needed ,a part or tool that they haven't came thru!! Now, this is almost the ONLY auto parts store we deal.with!!

Staff is excellent!! Prices are cheaper than their competition usually. They'll install little things like wiper blades & stuff for free. They have a cart full of tools they let people borrow from to use in their parking lot. If they don't have the part you need in stock they can usually get it within a few hours for you. Again, I love the staff!!!

The employees here are amazing! Suzette the manager is extremely helpful and understanding! She has been such a wonderful asset to this store! Keep up the great work and dedication to your commercial customers! We appreciate you all from G&G's Towing!

Stoped in to buy a wrench my snow plow needed a quick adjustment
The lady at the counter said I could take out and see if it fits well it did and I adjusted my springs. Went back to pay she said don't worry about it. I was willing to pay next time I need something I'll go back. That was good customer service

Buy there all the time!

A nice place to pick up any vehicle part or tool you might need, from a distributor cap to brakes, they have it all. If not on stock they can usually get any part in a day's time. The return that I had was unexpected but they made the return painless as possible. I had a part that cost $120 and I took it back 1st thing in the morning. Well the store just opened and they didn't have money in the drawers to do the return yet. They asked if I could come back at noon? I said yes however im not sure I had enough gas to make it back so I asked the cashier to barrow $5 for gas till we got back? He said yes and happy to report I returned and got the rest of my money and he got his $5 back also. Thank you again O.Reilly .

Fast courteous service, with the battery I was looking for and at a competitive price. Even though they were pretty busy, it seemed like I was in and back out with my purchase in about 10 minutes...

Been going here for years and always pleased! Best prices and best customer service!! No matter which state I visit an O'Reilly's in, I'm always happy when I leave.

I'm from Wisconsin and my car broke down on a Sunday morning. Tony and Joey were so helpful and got us connected to G&G's Towing so we could get back on the road. If I'm ever back in Dry Ridge I'll be stopping by with more jelly donuts and a peach refresher from Dunkin Donuts! Thank you for all your help and hospitality!

If I could rate this 10 stars I would. We were on our way from Knoxville to Indy when our car started to overheat. We pulled in 10 minutes before close (on thanksgiving eve) and the staff stayed late to help us diagnose the problem, find the part we needed, and install it so we could make it to our family on time. Literally saved our weekend. I highly recommend

Excellent service and convenient to where I live. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and are very helpful. Sometimes you have to wait in line but it's well worth it.

I'll put 1000 stars if I could,,, my trruck broke down the road, and couldn't get service, so I call this O'Reilly and ask for that little part in the photo, I ask if they can deliver since I was 17 miles away, she says they don't do deliveries that far but I was on there way somewhere else, so she bring it to me at no cost, and tell me that if I need anything else just call the store and said I talk to her,, fortunately I could repair my truck and keep on trucking..

We had traveled up to KY from NC. Our tire pressure warning light had came on. I stopped in to the Oreilly to see if they would let me borrow a tire gauge to check my tires to see which one was low. They let me borrow one no problem. I found out they had built a little pressure during the trip and triggered the light. No real problems.

Very helpful! We were on vacation when we needed parts. The salesperson who took our call ordered our parts for us, and we picked then up the next day!

They always have the parts my husband is looking for. They are very nice.
