Good costumer service, very friendly. Rooms are very basic, due for an upgrade remodel

Excellent staff, clean ros, pet friendly. There is a pet/family area with paved walkway and picnic tables. I would love to see an additional light source for the desk. It was just the overhead light at the door and the light between the beds.

This Red Roof Inn SAVED our Vacatuon. A hotel, who will remain nameless canceled a reservation that I made months ago on the evening we were scheduled to arrive. . I will not go into detail what happened. Red Roof about five miles up the road was available and they had a room available. We checked in about 11 PM and we were happy. Thank you Red Roof for all you did. Very pleased.

Friendly staff room accommodating good location felt very safe staying here quiet stay and refreshing just what I needed after long day of driving

I had been traveling from coast to coast. Due to Covid some hotels are only accepting reservations. While driving you never know which city you'll be on when its time to clock out & check in. Most places on this trip do not want to deal with checking someone in at 12 at night. The normal time, I need to check in. I tried making a reservation to avoid driving to 3 different hotels. The booking site booked accidentally booked me a day in advance. I was exhausted & irritated with the trip being so frustrating. I walked in & the receptionist was AMAZING. Her name was Susan. She called the booking site & fixed it. She was so nice & welcoming. She seriously changed my while mood & night. Thank you Susan.

The guy that checked us in had a great personality and was very polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Price was a bit high but we stayed the night of a NASCAR race in Sparta, KY. The noise from the very heavy footed group of people staying in the room above us was very annoying. But overall a really good experience.

Perfect for visiting the ark, service was great! But an extension cord was left in the room so I am giving the room 4 stars.

Excellent location if you're wanting to check out the ark and creation museum. Night staff is super friendly. Right next to a few chain restaurants so that makes it easy and Wal-Mart is right around the corner. They do have a coffee station, but you'll have to stop somewhere for breakfast. The rooms are comparable for price and worked great for us since we mostly just needed them for sleeping. I'd stay again if I were to go back to the area.

Reasonably priced and Rudi is a great guy at desk. Rooms are nice.

Definitely a 10 star rated hotel. Mr. And mrs. Walters, provided excellent customer service. They truly care about their guests, young gentleman in front is also very knowledgeable with the area and goes beyond expectations

After a bad experience elsewhere, the manager, Morgan, went the extra mile to help us get settled. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful and the room is crisp and clean. Five stars for this Red Roof Inn.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is clean and we had no issues. We will be staying here again on our next trip to KY.

The rooms were clean, beds were excellent, bath rooms and showers excellent. Nice place to stay and convenience to everthing.
