This place is awesome. Everyone is kind in the office. All four of our indoor cats weirdly came down with some type of respiratory infection and they were able to squeeze us in same day and get our babies the medicine they needed. They are all feeling better now and I just really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to get us in so we could avoid paying crazy urgent care costs. Thank you guys so much for taking care of our fur babies!!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Schure and his staff are amazing people. They’ve taken wonderful care of all of our dogs over the years. They’re helpful and kind and they always look for the most effective ways to treat pets while minimizing costs and repeat visits. My parents took our pets here growing up and I continued the trend. Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing Vet Experience!! I moved recently to the area and had not found a vet for our cat. She stopped eating and we brought her in fearing the worst, the care and upfront discussion we received was amazing. They do not nickel and dime you here, or charge an arm and a leg. They got me in to see a vet after work, and the staff was so nice and sweet, even after 530 pm at night. The ladies who took my cats blood were so caring and sweet to my cat, treated her like a human, the diva kitty that she is. Thank you again Dr. Shure and the the crew at Lookout Mountain Vet!

I don’t know what I would do without Dr. Edens and the team at Lookout Mt. The care and support they offer is unparalleled. A few of my senior rescues came to me with a lot health issues but no history. They helped me work through options and make my babies happy and healthy. I have a rescue doodle now who has real tummy issues and again we have got them all under control. What I appreciate most being able to discuss with Dr. Edens end of life decisions with my senior dogs. Being able to openly discuss this incredibly difficult decision in a judgement free zone is priceless. It’s the difficult part of senior rescue, having a support team to make the best decision for my pups is so important. The entire staff is professional, caring and top notch.

Second time here, this time for what I thought was an emergency. They got me in just a few hours after calling, and it turned out not to be as serious as I thought. My dog battles cancer, but this was just a sprained neck from Titan playing tug of war with pups. Thank God, but I was really worried. The staff is just great! They love on him and give him treats, and sincerely love pets. A loving environment is a better association than a scary, sterile doctors office, so he actually perked up when we got there. Our Doc is very patient and informative. Definitely 5 stars for this clinic and staff. Thanks, all!

Been bringing my three dogs here for their entire lives. My girls are 15, 13, and 4 and have never been to a different vet, and never will. Dr Shore is AMAZING. So loving and caring and intelligent. Even my girls know he’s good. They know he makes them feel better ❤

Wonderful Vet Clinic! Friendly staff, clean, and it smells nice.they do not push a bunch of unnecessary services, which is a breath of fresh air.

I try and take my cat outside of the house as little as possible because he gets so stressed out and screams nonstop. At Lookout Mountain vet I have never seen him so calm. He was definitely still stressed but not nearly as bad. They were very thorough and knowledgeable while looking at him as well and answered all of my questions.

My dog was hurt in a scuffle with another dog on a Monday night. We called Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic first thing Tuesday morning, and they got us in that afternoon.

Everyone at the office was super nice, kind, caring, and helpful. I knew my dog was in good hands there. Dr. Edens was absolutely fantastic. She was kind to my dog and did a thorough exam on her.

The office called me to check in on Wednesday. The lady on the phone took my concerns seriously and communicated them to the doctor. When my dog wasn't showing appreciate improvement, they had me bring her in again on Thursday for reevaluation. Dr. Edens changed medications, and my dog is improving rapidly.

I appreciate everyone on staff at this office. Their care and commitment to animals and their people is obvious.

My dog means the world to me, so I only would take her to a vet. clinic that shares the same love and values toward our pets. Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic (LMVC) is that place that carry those values where they put your pet's health as their highest priority.

They may not be perfect, but I believe everyone at this clinic strives to make your visit the most beneficial towards getting your pet healthy again. Even when some issues do arise, LMVC quickly responds/acts to help resolve the situation ensuring you and your pet's needs are being met.

It's also nice to see LMVC recently adjusting their COVID policy to start allowing people back in the examination rooms while still making sure everyone is comfortable and safe.

Dr. Courtney, Mandi, Allie, Cassie and the entire Lookout Mountain staff are exceptional caregivers. They care for my Boxer just like she is their own. Highly recommend Dr. Courtney!

My family and I have been with LMVC since 1989/1990 and they have taken extremely good and thoughtful care of all of dogs and cats. I could not imagine going anywhere else with my fur babies. They stick with you through tough times and never give up when the diagnostic case is hard. I also appreciate their thoughtfulness when it comes to letting them go. They are truly like family to me. The staff Rocks too!

This places deserves more than 5 stars!

I called right when they opened about concerns regarding my dog Sky. The lady that answered heard my concerns and made sure to let the doctor know right away. I was given a call back about an hour and a half later and was told to come in as soon as possible. When brining Sky in everyone was so nice and helpful! The doctor came in right away and was super transparent about what she suggests (which is something you don't see very often with Vets). She explained everything in a very easy to understand way. When leaving Sky there to run further tests they made sure to call me and give updates throughout the day (Most vets wont call with updates and you have to call them). After picking up Sky everyone was super helpful with any questions and or concerns when going home. I will continue to bring my dogs here and refer everyone I know to this vet.

Our little gray and white canine, the apple of our eye, Sheldon was in distress one morning. We called Lookout Mountain at 7:45 am. They told us to bring him over. Since it was Covid, it was curbside. Dr. Edens and her staff came out to the car, gathered him so gently and took him into the clinic. Dr. Edens called us as soon as she had examined him and started treating him. She explained what she suspected was happening and that she would update us when results came back. A couple hours later she called to tell us that the tests came back confirming her diagnoses and that he was stabilizing. She prescribed medications and diet for him. She was very kind in telling us all the options and expected life course for him. He is still with us and we know that Dr. Edens will be with us when the time comes for Sheldon. Thank you Dr. Edens for being so knowledgeable and kind

I am very pleased with my experiences with this Veterinary clinic. Dr. Leibering removed a large mass off of my 10 year old Doberman and she is doing great! All the Doctors and technicians I have dealt with thus far are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very tentative with their patient follow-up calls, scheduling, etc. We are somewhat new to the area and live very close by, so it is great to have a such an awesome place for our dogs right in our backyard. Look no further, this is where you need to bring your pets!

Took my little Sookie for her vaccines, nail trim and check up. Everyone was so helpful and dealt with my anxiety and Dr. Quist answered all questions so thoroughly! More importantly, they were amazing with my aggressive and nervous Chihuahua. So happy that they are nearby and affordable because they are awesome!

I am so so grateful for finding this vet. My dog is literally my entire world so I take his care so serious! I found this vet because I moved to the area and saw the reviews were so good. My baby had been struggling with an upset belly and they prescribed him medicine even though they couldn’t physically get him in for a few weeks and I am so grateful. Another vet I called wouldn’t even talk to me until the physically appointment they had available. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to bring their fur babies. The vet was so compassionate and even my dog (who is usually so anxious and reactive) was completely calm and happy with all of the technicians and doctor! I feel so blessed to have found this vet.

My dog waundered away and was lost. She was gone a week. Some very nice people found her and brought her here to this office where she was scanned for a chip and had one. When I got there she was calm and relaxed behind the front counter. She was being showered with love and affection. They care deeply about animals here. It's a bit of a drive overnight her for me. I'm thinking about taking my furgirls here. I want to thank the staff by here and her rescuers.

All of the staff are amazing. They have taken care of all of our pets needs. Everything from routine check up’s to emergency stitches. The doctors give you all of the information needed to make decisions about your dog’s care and never try to pressure or upswell you. Their prices are very fair.
When it was time to say goodbye to our oldest dog, they handled him and all of us with the utmost care.
