Great staff, long emergency room wait floor staffing is great.

Horrible place to go for an emergency I was sitting in the worst pain of my life for about 4hours

I am horrified by the labor and delivery department at this hospital!! My wife’s water broke and it’s been over an hour and she has still not been taken back. I have complained to the people at the registration desk and all they have said is that they are getting a room ready yet she still hasn’t been seen. I’m not sure if I were to take my wife to a hospital in Scottsdale or a white neighborhood if we would have gotten better treatment and service. The staff here don’t care about if your water has broken. If your brown or dark skin I would avoid this hospital!

Was taken by ambulance here with stroke symptoms and a history of strokes.
They refused to and sent me home with a EKG(heart test) despite still presenting symptoms identical to previous strokes, having no car or shoes and partial paralysis.

I always hated people saying "Hospitals are where you go to die," but for the furst time in my life Im here at somewhere where that is true. Definitely don't recommend, even if you don't want to survive.

Worst Post Op In Patient hospital I’ve been to in the valley. Don’t expect good communication amongst the staff nor the proper attention needed after a major surgery. Don’t expect to get food ordered to your room quickly either. 0 star rating but not an option.

Why isn't this place shut down yet???? Do they not think they are harming more people than helping? Why have authorities not been contacted? Something needs to legally be done about this place especially the ER

Pésimo servicio cada ves están peor tienen gente sangrona atendiendo al paciente, gente despota que atiende a la gente, lo digo por la persona que viene a qué se le firmen los papeles, lo bueno qué hay algunas personas que te atienden bien. Si pueden mejor no vengan a este hospital, para mi es la última ves que vengo
