Kevin helped me diagnose my car troubles. Very helpful and down to earth. Great people, there’s a couple things in the store that are marked lower than the actual price and therefore cost more at the register.

This crew was there stuff together. Went in prior to 4th of July for my carburetor float for my outboard, they didn’t have it in stock, but they had it the next morning even at a fair price. Great customer service.

Napa is on point! All the parts of a big city parts store and none of city headaches or traffic. Very seldom do they not have what I need in stock. Plus I work in the forestry industry and I only run husqvarna!!! They are a husqvarna dealer and keep as good a selection of saws, chains and parts as the big saw shops. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Showed up to go fishing and Deep cycle battery was dead. Out on the lake half hour later! Day saved! Thanks

Received AWESOME service today! My son's truck had the serpentine belt come off. I went to NAPA and bought a new belt and the idler pulley (thinking that was the broken piece) took the parts to my son to fix and come to find out it was the tensioner pulley. I took the idler back to NAPA and they exchanged it no problem AND told me how to fix it!! So I took the part back to the truck and told my son that not only did I have the right part...I knew how to fix it! So he said ok well get to it :) So I hopped up and took off the old part and installed the new in 2 minutes (most of that was screwing the bolt!)! Not only did it make me feel amazing that I could do it (I am woman heat me ROAR!) but my son was quite impressed with his very girly momma! Definitely recommend this store! As a female car enthusiast, I find the staff at the Carson's Corner Auto extremely helpful, supportive and generous with their help. Unlike some auto parts stores, I always enjoy shopping here and look forward to my visits. Thanks Carson's Corner Auto parts.
