Absolutely the cleanest little residential area I've ever been in. The people we met are super friendly nice all the way around. Can't wait to move there.

Very nice community clean 55+ with a lot of amenities. They’ve got a really nice pool a community room, RV parking available and boat.
Very affordable 55+ community perfect for someone retiring, and still desiring a social life. The views are terrific.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of this community. We think the home owner fees are a bit pricey, but we haven't asked what what they include. The homeowners have to take their trash to the dumpster, there is no pickup. We were visiting a friend, and we were impressed with the lot size. The upkeep of the homes is impressive.

Adult only facility..somewhat restrictive rules.. quiet..well maintained..streets roll up by eight pm.
