City Square Storage

This is a super well managed and clean facility! Kellie and Matt are both outstanding to work with! They are very friendly, professional, and competent. Kellie and Matt made me feel extremely comfortable storing my household good there. The service here can't be beat!

City square storage has been more than accommodating from the moment I met Kelly she has been an amazing lady. She helped me every step of the way with my storage needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with storage needs. Matt is also very nice and always willing to be of service weather answering questions or coming out to open the. Ins always happy to do so . So if you need to store you stuff this is the right place to be.

Kelly the Mgr is awesome, always helpful. Storage units I like cause its all climate controlled. Its easy for me to get to them. The only thing I would say I don't like are the carts..lol. If your looking for a storage unit, for sure I would go here. You have access 7 days, never had any issues.

Best storage place in town!! Kelly and Matt are so helpful and professional. Due to the fact I'm disabled, even found me a storage unit closer to the door so I didn't have to walk as far. Always helpful to answer questions about resources in the community and really welcoming to a new resident in town. Would highly recommend people to this amazing storage service!!

I’ve had my things stored here for over a year and it’s always clean! The entire setup is on point! Kelly is wonderful! I highly recommend if you want your things to be stored safely and with temperatures controlled.

First time getting a storage unit on my own. This place has climate control and it's very clean. Very easy process. You can pay online or go in. They even supply hand carts inside at the security coded entrances if you need them.

We were very impressed from the moment we walked into the facility. It was clean and the young lady that assisted us was professional in appearance and answered all of our questions. We checked out a couple other facilities that were a bit cheaper but they were nothing like this. We felt very secure with putting our treasured belongings in this facility vs. the others. Safety and security are priority and I feel City Square far exceeded these expectations.

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The grounds are immaculate, there are plenty of access doors around the building, it has a great price, and the staff is friendly:)

I'm sorry this review is a little slow getting back to you, I had internet issues. I would like to take this time to write a review on one of your employee's. Kelly Robinson is a wonderful Manager, I had a horrible experience on my moving day. My movers cancelled out on me the day of my move. I was in tears. I went to kelly to see if she had any ideas on what I could do about finding someone to move me at the last minute. Kelly called moving companies to see if they could help me on such short notice. after several calls she found a moving company for me. they showed up, moved me to my new home. She went above and beyond her responibilities to help me out. I really appreciate everything she did to help me out on what could have been a disaster. I want you to know I will highly recommed City Square Storage to all my friends and family. this also is the cleanist storage facility in Bullhead City.

Very impressed with CSS. Units are clean, well maintained. As a traveling nurse, this is One of the nicest staff I've ever dealt with, Kelly is awesome. The staff is very accommodating. 👍👍

My daughter and son in law rented a 10x10 recently and after going there with them I decided to get myself a 5x10 since I was in thee process of moving. What an upscale place this is compared to some I have seen! Clean and cooled in the summer so nothing gets heat damaged. Can't say enough about this place!
