Great customer service. I had a couple of problems that I needed to fix with my plan and I stopped by here today to see if they could help. Carter was professional and knowledgeable about all of the things I needed done. He got them done in just a few minutes and I was able to get back to my weekend. I will definitely come back for my cell phone needs.

I walked in and had the best experience ever! Gaby helped me out and she was so great! Definitely recommending this location to my whole family😁😁!

Today I went into your store with my sister & grandson and was greeted by David, Javier, Lupe and Angel. I had initially went to get an IPhone 13 for my son but wasn’t sure of the outcome. David was very helpful at giving me all my options that were available to me. As we had a lot more questions for him , Lupe offered to help as well . He had such awesome customer service & such an up beat personality! So as we were excited to get my son a new IPhone 13 with the help of Javier we got a second one as well. I have had a great experience at this location before which is why I went back to this specific location even though it was out of my way. Thank you Javier for being an AMAZING representative. He was very kind to my grandson. I absolutely recommend this store and these outstanding representatives. Keep doing what you guys are doing because you do it well. Thanks for making my trip there a GREAT one!

Of all the T-Mobile stores, this one has got to be the most awesome. I mean, I've gotten friendly customer service before but Javier and David are above and beyond. Super helpful. Super friendly. I really hope t-mobile corporate treats these guys right because thats how you keep customers!

This t mobile truly treats you like family. I've never had better customer service experience in my life. From the second you walk in Javier and the team are rolling out the red carpet complete customer service and resolution practically guaranteed. Thankful to have this as my t mobile store and I highly recommend this location to anyone who's experiencing any problems no matter how small or how big they'll take care of you

I found a store, Dysart and Camelback to assist me with my old 7+ phone. Was greeted by the staff, Javier (which I got his name in transaction), who was very courteous, polite, friendly, and so funny!! But at the same time did and represented his job well, with dignity, being the only staff on duty. I have never in the day, seen and felt so welcomed, and He handled my account as well as the other customers who was ahead of me, very well. I will/do recommend this store for your needs, and hope Javier is your Rep., you experience, and you too can agree this store is where your needs are met, and taken care of!!!

I had recently decided to pay off the remaining balance (wasn't much) on my I Phone 11 and get a new device. I had my heart set on getting the Samsung S21 but none of the T-Mobile stores have it in stock and I didn't want to wait. I caved and decided to go with the S21+ and went to this store's location and I an so glad I did!!. Javier and Jose were AMAZING!!!! They were both so kind and so accommodating (especially when the end cost proved to be more than I anticipated). If I have any issues with my device or anything related to my plan...I will be visiting them for sure.

The manager Javier helped me the 2 times I had to go into tmobile recently for issues with my Apple Watch and iPhone and he was awesome! Very helpful, polite, and great conversation. Lupe also helped me when I had to go back and he got me in contact with the Apple store and now I have a brand new iPhone 8!! No more cracked screen and my speakers actually work now! This store is very clean and the staff is great I would recommend this store over any other in Goodyear and I’ve been with tmobile for 18 years so I’ve been to all the stores in the valley!! Thank you guys!!

This store is so customer friendly! Thomas Miano is the best! Patience to explain the differences between phones and plans. It was a pleasure switching over from Verizon! Store is also very clean.

Zavier went above and beyond today to help me. I was traveling on the road, lost, exhausted, my phone had locked up somehow by McAfee app and could not access my phone. I had a major anxiety attack, was crying, lost, and no working phone. He was very kind, calmed me down, gave me water, then helped me unlock the phone. He even made sure my GPS was working so I could find my way home. Thank you Javier you were a lifesaver today!!!

Thank you to Lupe and Javier for all the help today!! I was having a few issues with how I originally placed my order for my new phone and they fixed everything for me in the store and I left with my new phone which I didn’t think was going to happen. Thanks guys, I really appreciate all your help.

Javier & Jose were gentlemen. And every time we went in to see them, they helped us. They never gave us a problem and they knew their job.

Always very knowledgeable and helpful. I have waited copious amounts of time in other TMobile locations, but this one is always fast and well- staffed.

Switched my 3 phones from Verizon to T-Mobile last week. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

if are looking for phone please look up Manager Javier or assistant Lupe this are the guys you needs to see they will go the extra mile to help you get what you are going for. trust me visit them at this store will not be disappointed.
