Last Friday I had an emergency and needed new keys for my house. A couple young gentleman came out and redid my locks for new keys, they were nice, kept every thing clean and worked quickly. I realized they were working after hours for this job, I thanked them and handed them some sodas. I will be calling them for my future rentals for new keys. Very grateful they came on the same day I called!

Left a message on the main line on Saturday night at 6pm when the company was closed! Ray the owner called me back and saved my life! I dropped my car keys in the needles marina and did not have a spare. He checked to see if he had the key and called back stating he could come Sunday morning at 8:30 am. He showed up early made a new key and saved my trip! Great guy!

Took my ram2500 in this morning to see about getting a chip key made.I went by the dealer and they wanted $127 and could do it next week. These guys (Mohave lock and safe)finished with the customer ahead of me then 3 of them teamed up and had me done and out in nothing flat. Great service and only $87. I live in golden valley but this place gets all my business from now on.

These guys are amazing. I was trying to get a copy of an older specially-designed key. They didn't have it in stock but Ray was able to order blanks and have me a good copy in less than 3 days. I had been trying to get a decent copy of this key for almost a year. Thanks Ray! You're awesome!!

Awesome company, I had called and given a time for arrival. The technician “RAY” not only showed up earlier than what was expected but showed complete professionalism the entire time. He was able to unlock my truck in mere minutes. Not only that but they are reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend these guys for any of your lock out needs. Our RV door got stuck closed today and Mohave Lock and Safe saved the day. They were technically closed but were able to help me out because we were stuck in our RV and could only get in and out through the windows. The job ended up being very complicated but they were able to free up the door and even happened to have a replacement lock set in stock. They provided great service and super fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

Needed a new duplicate key for our new-used car. Jake was able to update the new fob and cut the emergency key in about an hour. Works great. I provided the new fob, and all is good. Thanks Jake !!!

My husband and I are new to the Fort Mohave area. When we purchased our new home we needed to have all the locks changed right away. We were told that the previous owner still lived in the area. We called and a gentleman showed up a few hours later. AWESOME!!! After he left I realized I goofed BIG time. I completely forgot about one door and the door to our hot water heater. We called again and another gentleman showed up a couple of hours later. NOW, THIS IS THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Thank you guys!!! Jobs well done.

We were visiting a campground in Needles Ca and accidentally locked ourselves out of camper- the owner of the campground gave us Ray’s card- it was 110 degrees and a Saturday evening 530 pm. He came across the Colorado River to help us. He was able to pick the lock and only charged us the service fee. Thank you so much for helping us!!!

On a Saturday around noon, we broke the key to our lockable tonneau cover with all our stuff locked in the bed of our truck (we're from out of town). We called several locksmiths with most were either closed or told us it'd be hours before they could help. At 12:30 we called Mohave, whose hours listed that they close at 1. We explained the situation, and they said they'd wait around for us to get there. We arrived at about 1:20, and they were extremely willing to help and insisted this wasn't an imposition.

Long story short, they discovered that the broken key had damaged the tonneau lock, and they worked for over 30 minutes in 95 degree heat to fix the lock and get a new key working smoothly. It's as though they took it as a challenge to get it fixed. They seem to have a genuine interest in solving problems and fixing things for customers.

Lastly, we were afraid they were going to charge us an outrageous price given the circumstances (knowing we were desperate, they could've taken advantage). However, they didn't at all. They were extremely reasonable. If you're ever in a pinch, go to these guys. They were awesome.

My husband lost his keys in the Mojave National Preserve today and as I called around I found no one would go that far to help him out. I was desperate as I did not want to make the three and a half hour (one way) trip to bring him a spare key. Vic at Mohave drove ninety miles and, after some difficulty, got the car started. He was a lifesaver and we are both grateful for his kindness.

Mohave Lock and Safe is the best! They worked with me on price so I could afford it, which they did not have to do, and arrived on site for my service call within minutes! They saved the day!!

One of my tenant called, un a panic telling me that her daughter drop her keys in a place where they couldn't reach the keys. She also had her car keys and house keys on the key ring. I called Ryan after hours. He came and was able to use a long pipe with a hook to get her keys. She was then able to get in her house. Thanks you so much ryan will without a doubt use you, when forever we need a locksmith.

The shop was busy working, but took the time to give a fantastic recommendation that saved my hide. That's quality business to take the time to help even when you don't make a dime! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
