West Valley Reptiles

Everyone there is super nice and helpful. The animals are very well kept, healthy and very well behaved. The store is well stocked and very clean. They have a growing selection of unique lizards and snakes. They are very honest and accurate with the size and care of the animals. Definitely check them out.

UPDATE: We went back and picked the New Guinea Tree Boa! She's very healthy. They gave us a very good deal on everything.

So I bought a leopard gecko from here and everyone that I have interacted with here has been wonderful. They have been patient with me, my questions, and my 3 year old. It's a bit out of my way to shop here, but they have earned my loyalty.

Stopped in yesterday looking for a new spider. I have always wanted a African Goliath Birdeater Tarantula. I have said this since I first started homing tarantulas years ago. Now she did not have any goliath tarantulas, she did have a Brazilian Salmon Birdeater Tarantula (Lasidora Parahybana)! I grabbed one right up. My best friend even went "YESSSSSSSS" when I told her I was going to take one. The store employee was super nice, kinda funny she went "ewwww" when she opened the spider locker. All in all 💯 great time. Will be back for sure

Great shop, family owned they are super helpful and know what they are talking about when it comes to the reptiles. Will go there forever and recommend everyone I know to go here for any of their reptile needs.

The owners really care about providing an amazing experience!! Sam and Alexis were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my 12 year old son in to get a reptile for his birthday. Alexis took the time to talk through the pros and cons of the different species. After we made our decision she put together a habit for us and educated us on the dietary needs of our new lizard. We will definitely be back again!!!

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They seem to have a decent selection of reptiles and don't try to sell you a reptile that you are not looking for. They are my go to spot!

We bought a ball python and they hooked us up with a starter kit.

Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Didn't felt like a pet store but a haven for reptiles n such. Super clean and neat. The enclosures are clean in and out. You can totally tell they don't do it because its a job but a passion. Can't wait for them to get a bigger place! CHECK THEM OUT they also got their own masks they sell. Super cool. And neat little west valley reptile sticker.

My daughter wanted a pet and after research we decided a ball python would be the best fit. The staff here helped us make sure we knew how best to take care of our newest family member and the snake is super friendly. We are very excited to welcome our new pet and to keep a relationship with this store for food in the future.

Update: We took our new python for his first vet well check. The vet said he is in perfect health and that all the care advice given by West Valley Reptiles was spot on.

Recently bought a juvenile ball python from here and I was very happy with my experience. The staff were all very nice and helpful. It was obvious they care about their animals because they asked questions to make sure I was able to properly care for the snake.

Was greeted with friendly and super knowledgeable staff! Went over what I was looking for and started showing off their morphs and I decided on one on my first trip! Their tanks were all very clean, uniform and looked really nice and comfortable for the snakes and other animals. Anyone interested in Ball Pythons, give them a stop!

I feel so much optimism and joy after my visit to West Valley Reptiles. Their animals are in great condition with appropriate enclosures, they all look very comfortable and content. The staff was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and completely willing to talk and help. The passion and care for the animals is very clear based on the staff's attitude and their set-ups. The store has only been open for two weeks and their supply looks excellent; and there's just more and more to look forward to! I'm not even an Arizona resident but I can't wait to visit this store again when I come back. Highly recommend a visit to this place!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. West valley reptiles is much more personal than a typical pet shop. I told them I was interested in a leopard gecko and they took one out for me to hold! The shop was clean and they definitely have the reptiles as a priority(unlike petco,petsmart,chain stores,etc)over profit. Loved the little kitty, too. I will absolutely be returning to get a Leo soon!!!

Incredible customer service! Great products and very reasonable prices! The animals are very well cared for and there is a great variety of different species and morphs! Anyone who loves reptiles should check them out!

Went in knowing nothing about lizards or snakes, came out very informed. All the staff were extremely kind and very helpful. Their prices seem to be average. All the live cages were impeccably clean. Thanks for all the insight provided.

The staff are amazing and the store is very clean, all the animals are well taken care of we have bought 2 ball pythons from there and are extremely happy any time we have questions or concerns they are there to help. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you for ur amazing care.

Such amazing service! Going back in a couple weeks after we get our tank all set up. Extremely knowledgeable and I've been to almost all the different reptile shop in the valley and hands down they go above and beyond.

This is my go to for my pets. I have unique reptiles and they have everything I need. The young girl with short brown hair(sorry I don't know the name) REALLY knows her stuff and can help you with almost any question of any animal.

One of the few stores I've seen that properly cares for animals. The majority of the animals have their own tanks, which are also properly sized. Everything looks clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and down to earth. Will definitely be buying from here again!!
