I have been seeing Doctor Diede for 20 years. He is a great doctor that truly cares about his patients. His staff is really helpful and kind.

Friendly and competent staff. They worked diligently to work me in quickly with a cancelation. Dr Diede is a God send since I had a really bad experience at the Pain Center! He is is caring, compassionate and excellent at his job. Love this Doc!

Very caring doctor. Always listens to my concerns. Treatment for me is limited due to my drug allergies, but well maintained by Dr.. James Diede. His new office staff are very welcoming, helpful and always answer all of my questions. Be prepared to wait at times as there are patients that require more attention or time spent with the doctor. And, some people have to be examined. Remember, he is a Specialist, not a regular doctor. Specialists typically require more time with you. He is very caring, intelligent and will do anything and everything he can to help you to live better with your pain.

My parents have been seeing Dr. Diede for some time. My mom had been treated by another Dr. ,without seeing results. After being treated by Dr. Diede she has found much relief. My father has also gotten relief for his back problems. They both find Dr. To be very caring. He takes his time with diagnosis,explains what he has found and how he will treat the problem. He is very compassionate and caring. Our family has recommended and speaks highly of him. Thank you Dr. Diede.

I went to Dr Diede and what a miracle worker...he did the radio frequency on my lower back and I felt great..back pain GONE !!!! The radio frequemcy does wear off between 18-24 months as the nerves grow back...he did it again..same great results..I got siatica ...did the treatments and pain gone !!! Dr Diede is a great Dr a great guy !!! He no longer takes my insurance so I cannot go to him...no other Dr has come close to the care and expertise that Dr Diede has..Ive been suffering so much..I d give anything to go back to see him, to get pain relief !!!!

DR Diede is an amazing Doctor and through much pain treatment ,has given me a new quality of life that I could never have imagined ! I have serious post hernia surgery issues and back issues that made it hard to get out of bed .Since seeing the doctor my whole outlook has improved without the constant pain I was suffering .I HIGHLY recommend Dr Diede

After nearly 15 years and 2 undiagnosed broken necks ( 9.30.1999 and 8/27/2014; I was bedridden
with pain .I had been seen by the "best" doctors in the Country. With NO relief , just prescription after prescription of anti-depressants , anti psychotics , migraine shots and a myriad of pills , botox shots
and every type of drug , both new and old . I could NOT work , it literally bankrupted me , financially and emotionally ,but thanks to my incredible wife of nearly 40 years , not spiritually .
I had given up ALL hope and started to give away my personal belongings , and thankfully my guns .
Now I Thank God everyday my brother and sister-in-law insisted I see Dr Diede .
he is an M.D.whose specialty is pain relief .
He and his staff are much , much more than compassionate , They care .I felt their love
They treat me in a humane way ,they have saved my life .I had lost all hope , now I am hopeful .
I was at the end , couldn't sleep and promised this was to be my final attempt , my last stop .
I was in a dark and scarey lonely place .with shamefully dark thoughts
Now I thank God every every day
To say he is a miracle worker is an understatement
To say he has saved my life is closer to the absolute truth

So I haven't even been able to make an appointment because every time I call the message says the office is closed. It states that the office is open at 9 am on Thursday and it is 10:28 am on Thursday. What gives?
*UPDATE* 11:48 am... I called the after hours line and they said it should be open. I've called 8 times and still nothing. And no callback.
I am really getting upset about this

The service was ok. What I dislike completely is the billing department which is completely lost, they bill you certain amount, then bill you something different and when you call to clarify the bill, the man answering for that department, yells at you at the point that you have to ask him if he is going to let you talk or not, real unprofessional.

Completely missed that I had lyme disease!
Now who's the crazy one now, lol

Dr Diede is a very competent doctor. However, his office is not. Be wary of seeking treatment as they do not have good customer service. Both my wife and I have been treated by Dr Diede in the past. His office immediately filed medical liens against both of us prior to billing our insurance. Now over a year later and with both accounts paid in full, they refuse to file a release of the liens. They don't return phone calls or emails. We are now forced to seek relief through the court to get this taken care of.
