Town & Country Bank and Trust Co.

I have been banking with Town & Country Bank since 1982. I love their products and Customer Service. Everyone is so friendly and they have several branches in town.

Friendly fast service

Great costumer services always friendly. Their online banking however is a joke. The website constantly goes down and this has had me occur multiple overdrafts fees which they are quick to tack on. They send you a letter 3-4 days after the fact so you can be getting multiple fees if the website is down. Would be nice to get a text alert or even email to avoid this. I am thinking about switching banks over this.

I used to love Town & Country. So friendly and everyone felt like family. Never had any problems. The online app showed your history just like your statements. Ms Terry would call me personally if she saw something out of the ordinary on my account. I never had an overdraft for 11 years.
Then they changed and you couldn’t see your history on the statements or the mobile app. You check it one time and then an hour later and it was totally different. Print out your monthly statements and it may have a couple transactions into the next month and when you print the next month it was totally changed with over draft and courtesy fees. And when Ms Terry left I never received any personal calls like before, never got any just checking on you calls.
The bank wasn’t the bank I started with. It became a scamming bank that I don’t bank with anymore after about $1400 in courtesy charges, overdraft charges, and $50 forced posts!!!
WORST BANK EVER!!!!!

One Star? Doesn’t even deserve that! Absolutely thee worst Bank in Central Kentucky. Maybe anywhere!
