This store, Arby’s in Bardstown, gets all my respect and love, they're always super friendly, and they love dogs, my Dewey throws a fit when I order there, that beautiful kind lady at the window that always gives my Dewey a pup cup, and he loves it, I say, thank you, and thank you all at Arby’s!! Dewey, whenever I drive by your store, he knows your store too, he rides in the front seat, he's well behaved too but he starts to whine for me to pull in, and I do, and you always love us back. Big Thank You. Blessed to have people like you in this town.

Went late at night, food was phenomenal. Everything was made fresh & customer service was excellent!

I got a jamocha milkshake. I used to drive -thru. Milkshake tasted good and the service was fast and friendly.

My family and I ordered dinner from this drive-thru location on Wednesday, June 8th 2022. While we waited for our food the employee (I didn't catch his name but he was so nice) at the window asked how we were doing and explained that they were short staffed and they didn't have a manager. The general manager was out sick so they were all on their own, trying to do the best that they could. Due to this they will be changing their hours, which is totally understanding and reasonable. Our food came out on time and everything was fresh and delicious. Before we ate our meal, we prayed for the employees and the general manager to get well soon. It breaks my heart to see negative reviews about this restaurant when they are struggling just like every other restaurant right now. Please be patient and have some respect.

This Arby's is the friendliest and fastest Arby's I've ever been too. I love the staff and of course the food is always delicious😁

Food took to long and the manager recognize that and gave us free meals on our next visit.We had fish on Friday during lent that kinda explains why it happened. I never complained or anything but he knew it was to long of a wait.

Went through the drive thru to get multiple Reuben sandwiches. Had to wait 15 minutes for them, but they were worth the wait!! All fresh and hot. Just what we had wanted for lunch.

As always the folks at the drive thru were friendly, quick, and accurate with they service!

Arby's it's a five, of course you can't go wrong with their slow roasted all day long roast beef and the fries you just can't get anywhere else. Not only is it the food that makes this my favorite place but it's The friendly smiles each time I go there oh and I can't forget the jamocha shakes.

All the food chain restaurant Arby's is my favorite ,even if it was a fancy dine in restaurant. No one beats that delicious mouth-watering a flavor all their own famous for roast beef and I love the curly fries to complete each other I like extra Horsey Sauce. I got to go I'm headed to Arby's

Love Arby's. Always have specials. Drive thru fast. Food and fries always hot. People friendly. Just a little hard to get out of parking lot. But no fault of Arby's. Plus worth it!
