I have been a customer with Rent-A-Center for over 15 years. I've never had any issues with any of the locations that I have rented from or purchased. My items from management employees have all been great. They're well educated and I don't think I would go any other route.

I owe them money, they're very persistent, yet they somehow manage to remain very polite and courteous. They're also the retail equivalent of Dog the Bounty Hunter. They will find you sooner or later. Would rent from again.

Very cool and respectable people...ask for Marcell or James..they will make sure that you leave this store with a smile and they sit down with you to explain any and everything that you may not understand...they also help you to stay within your budget so there will be no stress on you when its time to make comfortable payments.
