They were prompt and knowledgeable and did good work. I'd would definitely recommend them.

Never hire this company, a three day job for a residential mini split install took five months to be finished, not complete and cost 2 grand over the quoted price. They broke our line set several times, we cannot use our air conditioner as one leaks all over our ceilings due to not being properly insulated and our water line was broken which they never fixed. We are both disabled and have been utterly taken advantage of. We can get no one to return our calls, the owner basically ignores us. They are not accredited with the better business bureau. Do not give this company of cowboys with no work ethic your money.

Im a past employee that left a negative review because my entire experience was negative at the company. The shop manager Jack decided to message me months later to bully and threaten me that they will show my new job. So i figured i would update the public and potential employees what you are dealing with. I guess I could understand why they wouldn't want everyone to know their entire crew are drunks and/or addicts. Or that my supervisor was always high on the job. I was asked to do shady and illegal things to hurry jobs along, was always put between the office and the customer. They liked to throw in hidden charges. An absolute crooked organization. Sorry this is America and I wont be bullied into being quiet so someone can continue to make money screwing customers AND employees. Lastly, I quit with almost a months notice and was treated horribly immediately after until I left.

Paid $80 for a service call. They called back with a price of $991 to repair equipment that was covered under a warranty. We continually asked for a written estimate and never received one. Am now searching for a new HVAC repair company. DO NOT recommend Knight Electric Heating and Air
