Nice predictably clean fast food outlet was perfect for morning restroom and coffee stop. Plenty of nice seating.

Had a Big Breakfast w/Hotcakes and enjoyed it in relative peace and quiet, even though there were others in the restaurant with me, as they were respectfully talking to one another at a very tolerable volume.

It was good. The boy at the window was trying extra hard. But the left 2 fries out of my order. I stop at the speaker, let them know. When I got to the window, I had to show my bag and my receipt in order to get what they shorted me.

It was good. Food was made fast, and the new single quarter pounder with jalapeños is to die for!

Best fast food experience ever. Fresh hot food. Amazing customer service. I loved my daughters birthday choice.

Courteous staff, but their credit card reader was giving problems...the management folks had been trying for over a week to contact the appropriate folks, but they have not returned any of the messages they'd left. Please intervene ad get them some help...Richard Estes...I gave them a five star rating because of their perseverance...

Wow I have to say that they have stepped up their game during Covid19 shutdowns. I've been lined up to the road and got through the drive through in less than 10minutes. And actually had my order correct. Hope that they can keep it up.

Love the fact I can get my mcgriddles anytime day or night and bowling green none of them have mcgriddles day or night I feel lucky cause our McDonald's does breakfast anytime SO I THANK GOD FOR THIS FACT!!!

Love it.....button this visit...as im ordering an employee with a headset for 5he drive thru says to another employee if he wants the itch cream...lots of Inappropriate sounds and statements coming through over the drive thru order box....the manager we spoke with seemed not to worried ...and unprofessional to say the least....this particular location has really went down hill in the past year...very sad

Foods always so good, used the drive-thru I was in and out in under a 2 minutes and all my food was extra hot and everything was correct.

It's okay I'd say it's not bad at all the food there is pretty good

I give McDonald's of Russellville Kentucky, five star rating because they are doing wonderful job cooking, cleaning, and all around great service. Christie, Leslee, and all management are getting this store in shape and getting the food out in great time with hot food and wonderful charm also.

It's McDonalds. Nothing I can say. They are all about the same to me. I just love the place.

I love the night shift workers, but I wished they stayed open all night. They have very good customer service.
