AT&T Store

I was hesitant to visit this store in person as I have heard negative reviews for years. However, we walked in and a lady named Chespita, greeted us with a welcoming smile. She has an open and helpful aura about her. She helped my family and I upgrade our overdue plans and phones. She was transparent and to the point with great advice and ensured the proper choices to our benefit. I left this Russellville, KY store feeling understood and knowledgeable about our decisions. I highly recommend this store, but specifically Chespita!! She is a wonderful person but better yet, customer service representative for our small town AT&T store 🤗

They are all amazing set of sales representatives. Ready to help with whatever problem you have with your devices or help with billing.

Helpful and honest. That was my first visit. I wanted to speak to someone in person to help solve my problem on my second visit. Austin solved my issue in less than 5 minutes! This was the best customer service I have ever experienced! I can’t say enough good things about this store! I know AT&T will not ever close their stores because the telephone representatives can’t match the service of employees like Austin!

My on-screen iPhone instructions to transfer my physical SIM card over to the 14 Pro eSIM did not go smoothly. I had gotten my phone through delivery. I had an error message on the screen to contact AT&T. I took the phone to the Russellville location, and Austin was incredible. He got me up and running in no time, and also had a great personality, joking and making conversation. I dislike dealing with people who are strictly business and who don't give you the time of day. Austin was both knowledgeable about what he was doing, and also interactive. Thank you, Austin!

Chris helped me w/getting a new cell phone, along w/accessories. Also, he noticed I could save money by upgrading my hot spot device. Chris was awesome w/all his help and knowledge about the S22 ultra. I'll go to him to do business again. Highly recommend him to others!

I had called before I had shown you to see if they had the phones I wanted in stock. Laura was very enthusiastic and incredible helpful. Upon entering the store she didn't break character. She continued her helpfulness even though the phone was ringing nonstop. Which is ok. I didn't mind at all. She asked before answering the phone. So thank you so much for that. And then Marcellus (I'm probably butchering his name) came back from his break. Again. Super down to earth and easy to talk to. He also took extreme care in putting my screen protector on. All in all a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be doing any and all of my business with the Russellville store from now on.

I went into the local AT&T store today with issues about my phone bill, my issues being, where I traded my XR phone in for the iPhone 12 before the promotion ended, it being free. I had called AT&T customer service earlier, so they really didn’t get the issue straightened out, customer service suggested that I go to our local AT&T store where I got my phone. I went there and asked for the manager, the young man that I spoke with, said I am the manager Cyrus. Cyrus went above and beyond of what my expectations were. He was very considerate, polite and knowledgeable, not one time did he miss waiting on customers while taking care of me, as I was in no hurry. I want to commend Cyrus and would like for you to recognize him for his outstanding customer service and the patience he showed to me, theres not enough good things said these days about good employees but just wanted you to know that Cyrus is a very outstanding young man and a great asset to your company.

Shout Out to Cierra! She spent over 2 hours helping get my phone number transferred from straight talk over to AT&T. Not her fault it took so long but she stuck with it! She explained everything so well! Cyrus the store manager stayed over his normal work hours to help another customer he was so kind and helpful. Lori is a new member to there team there that night and I have never met someone as friendly as she. So thankful to know this Russellville Ky crew is there if I need them!!!

Lainie was a great sales representative very nice and very patient on getting my simple card to work.We was having trouble with it but finally got it to work! My dislike is other customers coming in she asked if they needed help or to pay a bill they said no and then was complaining about being there an hour with lainie had asked her! Also needs more than one sales representative on the floor! Recommend this store!

This review is for AT&T's employee Mr. Cyrus for his impeccable service with getting my Grandfather a new phone and service. With me being in Maryland and my Grandfather in his store, he made the process super easy for both of us. That isn't necessarily an easy task when dealing with me and my Grandfather at the same time…Lol. Mr. Cyrus is very knowledgeable, patience and respectful, as a customer that is exactly what I am looking for. He is the blueprint for the type service a customer should receive when walking into any AT&T store. Thanks again Mr. Cyrus!!

I changed phones today, I was working with Austin from this store. He was AMAZING. Very patient and knowledgeable on all of the products I asked about. Everyone there today seemed eager to help.

I did see a guy that works there tell an older woman to go to Bowling
Green with her problems. He said that his bandwidth was not big enough to do what she needed, she also said she needed something with her bill and his reply was BG store can help her with that as well.

Edit - I found out from a former employee this store can not do all the functions of the stores in Bowling Green. I retract what I previously said about the manager.

Since my personal experience was great with Austin I have this store 5 stars.

I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the services I received today at this store. I was really upset that I had broken my iPhone XR, and went in with the assumption I would owe quite a bit of money. Marcelius the store manager helped me out tremendously. He discovered I was a ER RN and hooked me up with FirstNet, which saved me so much money! 25% off my normal bill, with a new a phone and to my surprise an Apple Watch. I’ve not had too many in store experiences that I feel like I can rant about, but I’m ranting and raving! Thank you Marcelius! You deserve a raise!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Noah was a tremendous help in helping me select my new devices when I went in to upgrade. This is the kind of customer service that keeps me as an AT&T customer.

Service was fast and and easy to understand. The manager Kevin Elvis was quick to help with changing out my service from another cell agency. Will come back for any future purchases

Loosing my phone was a nightmare. I received my new phone today from Asurion and was so delighted. I took my new Note 10 plus to our local Att store where Josh gave the best customer service I could of asked for. He stuck with us until my phone was working while juggling several other customers. Josh is a great representative of Att . You should be proud.
