Jim Hagan - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had state farm auto insurance for over two years and I have only had great experiences. I had a wreck a year ago and they were great throughout the whole process. Everyone I came in contact with were so nice and walked me through it. It made a not such great time in my life as painless as possible. I highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for insurance.

I have been using Jim Hagan-State Farm for many years. I always feel very well taken care of, and never have to worry. When a rock flew up and cracked my windshield a few years ago, I was amazed at how easy and quick it was to get it fixed. They handled everything.

Everyone is always very kind and courteous, especially Ladara. She has always gone out of her way to assist me. Not that everyone else hasn't, it's just she has always went above and beyond.

I will continue to trust Jim Hagan-State Farm for my insurance needs.

Unfortunately a year or so ago, I had a rather large home-owners claim. Sheila treated me with respect. I felt that the process of filing and settling with the company was relatively simple. Great folks and superior customer service.

Mr Hagan has a extremely professional, polite and helpful staff of employees. Every individual I have met and spoken with have made me feel like family and not just another number or customer.
