Had a great experience with Vince, he was super responsive throughout the process and never felt and pressure to be upsold or add things I didn’t need. I had an awesome experience working with Vince at Carbon Motorcars. I was looking for a C7 Z06 that was in exceptional condition to replace my C7 Grand Sport that I recently sold. Once I found this 2016 Z06 online I called Vince right away to ask him about the car. Vince was very thorough and detailed in his description, responsive to any questions, and perhaps most importantly was 100% honest. Being from IL (about 1,450 miles from the dealership) meant I had to rely on his description of the car. Vince was spot on in his description and let me know a few minor things with it which I appreciated. The car needed a belt tensioner which Vince let me know right away. I had the car inspected and after the inspection, Vince sent the car to get belt tensioner replaced. A few days later, I flew to Phoenix, went to the dealership to drive the car, look it over and ultimately purchase it. The car was exactly as Vince described which was awesome! No surprises. Vince arranged for shipping and communicated the timing of the delivery and everything turned out fantastic! Thank you Vince!

Just bought my STI from Carbon. And I must say Vince and his Mother truly are a dream team!!! The entire experience was the smoothest car buying processes that I have ever had. I recently completed my purchase of a 2020 Tesla Model Y and I could not be more happy with the experience! Vince and team went above and beyond. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and was, of course, apprehensive about doing so without actually being able to see it. Vince personally went out and took pictures and additional video of the car and was careful to point out even the smallest imperfections. Still, given that this is an expensive vehicle, I wanted to be sure, so I enlisted the services of a company called LemonSquad. This company provides a service for people buying vehicles out of state by doing a very extensive inspection and test drive of the vehicle. Vince gave me absolutely no pushback in allowing this company to perform the inspection. When they provided the inspection report back to me, it was exactly as Vince had represented it to be. Not one additional thing was found by the inspector. To top it off, Vince and team also arranged for the vehicle to be transported to my house from Arizona. This may sound like a small thing, but if you've ever tried to coordinate a vehicle transport yourself, you know that it can be a bit challenging. The company that they utilized provided great service as well! I don't think I could have asked for anything more in the way of service from the folks at Carbon Motorcars. I would 100% recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle, whether out of state or in state. Thanks again Vince!

I was searching for a specific Jeep and I came across one here at Carbon Motorcars. I spoke with Vincent's Mom originally who was awesome. I explained my situation and her son gave me a call and was very nice and personable. Unfortunately the Jeep was not available but said he would call if something changes. Ironically we found the same Jeep the next day and bought that one. Of course Vincent called me a couple of days later to let me know the Jeep became available. A man of his word I was not expecting a call back. Proof that there still are good people out there. I thank your family and business and continued success in life.

I recently purchased a 2021 Tesla Model X Long Range+ as a business vehicle from Carbon Motorcars and was very pleased with my experience! Vince Montano went above and beyond to establish my comfort level for purchasing and inspecting it in-person virtually. Vince personally went out to take pictures and film multiple digestible 60 min videos of the car inside and out while carefully pointing out small imperfections. Moreover, Vince arranged for a few cracked windows to be replaced by a certified installer prior to shipping the Tesla directly to my place of business.
