Walmart's pharmacy is always been a wonderful place to go! I'll still continue to go to Walmart Pharmacy but in Florida Walmart Pharmacy if you need a prescription very bad and you can't get to it it will get to you and the Russellville store don't offer anything like that and I had to call us total stranger to go get my Teccrolims part of my anti rejection therapy for a transplanted kidney when I miss or I'm late a few hours my kidneys start to fail and for that situation any pharmacy should make sure that that patient has an option for delivery and emergency situations so because of that reason I probably may go to a different Pharmacy that offers to deliver I can't afford not to have them delivered I've got neuropathy very bad through my feet and I think also in my brain and if I can't walk very well I certainly can't get in a car and drive without feeling my feet for the gas and the break who knows if I'd even make it there situations like this should be considered for patience that need their medication and have no way of getting it thank you!

Most of the employees are rude, the only time there are enough checkout lanes open is when no one is there. Heaven help you if you go when it's very busy, one or two lanes open! Never stocked properly and if your lucky enough to find someone to ask a question, they act like you're wasting their time!

This store is, perhaps, the most pathetic, ridiculous excuse for a Walmart that I've ever had the misfortune to shop at. Not only are they NEVER stocked with anything, they recently decided that it was a brilliant idea to close all of the check out lanes EXCEPT self-check out after midnight. I shop at midnight to escape the high traffic during the day and don't appreciate having to wait 30 minutes to balance my dog food on the tiny scales of the self check out. Last night, I needed to pay for an order with cash and a check. Since my only option was the self-check out, I made sure that I could pay like this before proceeding with my order. Of course, when it came time to pay with a check, the poor cashier had no clue what to do and informed me that I may have to EAT my $70!!! Crazy! He then informed me that I shouldn't have used a check on the self-check out! This is after he told me I could do this!! I was beyond furious!!

Many people, including myself, are tired of this poor excuse of a store and its low quality service. Russellville is a small town and it's been monopolized by Walmart--at the very least, this town deserves better service and better stocked products.

So Walmart...If there is a personal reason for shutting down all of the check-outs at night and not keeping the lanes stocked--let's say, a large monetary loss & you're trying to make cuts and save as much as possible to make up for it--keep this in mind: you're only hurting yourself in the long run. Customers may not have much of a choice in where they can shop in Russellville, but people only take so much.

I just had my tonsils and adeniods removed, and I pull up to the outside curb pick up and they say they don't have my pain medication SEVERAL TIMES. Keep in mind I just got out of surgery just an hour or so before and im already in pain, & on the verge of tears. And I let them know I have the paper work from My surgeon saying that the prescription for hydrocodone was sent and received at 7:10 am. They then proceeded to say that ’we'll i done see it youll need to come inside and talk to the pharmacist’ ( I literally can not talk ) I said okay so I could show them my paper work. So I go in and and hand them the paperwork, where it shows my prescription and they finally see it, she makes me wait for the pharmacist to then ask why I needed the meds (which I totally understand bc it's a controlled drug and they need to keep records), and I say I just got my tonsils out and I'm in pain. So she LAUGHS and said oh sorry and I'm making you talk to me, I just rolled my eyes. So they finally start filling the medication( which takes 30 minutes). I go to check out and hand her my insurance card and ID, and she asks for my social. ( keep in mind I just got off anesthesia so my mind is not completely there) and I can't remember what it is, so i had to take a minute to remember, and then jotted it down. All in all it was the worst experience at a pharmacy literally in my whole life, and being i just got out of surgery and they did not help like they should have, nor cared, nor knew how to communicate between technicians about my information so i had to repeat it 3 times. (When i cant talk in the first place), and were not prepared (even though i had everything sent over there hours before i got there) and not professional at all. I will not be returning & absolutely do NOT recommend this pharmacy. And this is the second time ive had trouble here. Kroger pharmacy on Campbell lane I recommend.

terrible service with a terrible attitude. They get stuff wrong, blame it on the doctor and take days fixing it. But I guess that's the walmart experience.
