Brings back alot of wonderful memories in my younger days when I was a fitness buff..this silver sneakers program is perfect for me as senior citizen...brought me out of a slump...They have every piece of Fitness Machinery that you can think of...I love it

The stand up tanning equipment is awesome
And the excise equipment is very good too,

They do military discounts which is awesome and the facility is 24 hours which is also awesome.clean and spacious
