For a small store w/few workers this place does a great job serving the community, and the people who work there really go out of their way to be friendly and helpful as well as giving a speedy checkout when possible. As far as managers go, Ashley truly has made this a great store to go to for our little community, and does a great job handling the store.

Self-check, miscellaneous items make it a quick stop shop for snacks, household products, personal hygiene items.

Close to home, decent prices and usually don't feel like I'm going to be mowed down like in bigger stores. The only drawback tends to be empty spots on the shelves and stock carts taking up huge amounts of space in narrow aisles.

Edit: Store is now well stocked, so it gets a fifth star.

If this Dollar General Store had a produce section and more food selections it would save a lot of people from having to go to Wal Mart or other stores. This is the only thing about the store that I do no like. i have to make a trip to another store for those items. Thank you.

Absolutely love & enjoy having this Dollar General store so close to home now. About time another business opened in Ft. Gay. Also, the staff was pretty helpful as well.
