Have out tons of cool Halloween decorations..too much to choose from !! .the store was so clean, well laid out and cool inside .really a nice store

I love Lowe’s. I shop there all the time for my needs lose is always been good to me so I can’t complain. About around three or $400 worth of stuff. A new sink. I was able to be waited on. Everything went smooth.

Lowe's in South Point has improved dramatically over the last couple of years. It's not uncommon now to be approached by associates to see if you need assistance. I have personallymet the store manager Jason Hunt who demonstrates both good leadership and personal skills when dealing with the public and appears respected by staff.

You can pay on your Lowes credit card at any register,they have washers dryers
Stoves rugs ,lumber etc. Great place to shop

We had had a very rough day with one washing machine just refusing to work. The replacement flooding the floor. The employee working in appliances, went out of his way to help us over the phone. Pulled the washer and hoses for us and had everything up front waiting on us. After we drove there, they jumped right in and loaded our truck for us. This is by far the best experience I have ever had at Lowe's, truly any time we've purchased appliances anywhere. Thank you thank you!!!

Lowe's has improved their customer service from bad to very good.
I'm not sure about all of their stores, but the one by the Huntington Mall has stepped up their game.
I had to return a couple of breakers because I purchased too many for an electrical distribution panel upgrade but couldn't find the receipt. My luggage was lost or stolen at the airport along with my driver's license and all my identification. Lowe's SOP is you have to have either the reciept or identification in order to return merchandise.
I had other receipts showing that I had purchased several hundred dollars worth of material for the job but not the one I needed.
The young lady that afternoon went above and beyond to help me so that I could buy some other things needed.
I give Lowe's customer service an A+, not for just this encounter but got others as well as of late.

Love this place but hate to walk it on concrete. I could spend the whole day just in the garden center alone! Just about anything you may need or want homewise can be found here. Also needed is a small fast food place to have a cup of coffee or a quick bite to eat inside the store. Especially for people like me that could spend hours and hours looking and shopping!

I had an awesome refrigerator delivered yesterday. An LG with the window. They showed up at 6 and they took care of business. They came in and took my old one out and and put the new one in. They were very professional and I was completely satisfied with everything!!

I visited Lowes today to purchase a couple things. The young man in the paint department was friendly and extremely helpful. I also had some help from a young man in the garden section (inside store). It was a great experience to visit a store and actually have friendly and helpful people. Good job Lowes!!

Very friendly and good customer service

Picked up 2 sheds and the young woman in pickup was so helpful and nice. Those sheds were mighty heavy and she wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty and help load them. I had to make two trips and she helped both times. We loaded them into a very limited space mini van. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your help.

Not too much to say about it, but there's never been a bad experience. I do love the smell in the lumber aisle, and it's pretty fun to walk through the power tools. It's not really a place to just hang out, but it is a good place to get hardware and whatnot.
